Thanks, your info is very helpful and well spoken. Question: if I get vested and the shares are $20 and I immediately sell the shares that day at $20, the consideration of long-term or short-term capital gain tax is irrelevant? That's because I made no extra money of the stock, correct?

Short term but likely no tax impact because of the lack of gains/losses.

there is no interest on RSUs. The value of RSUs is totally dependent on the price of the publicly traded stock. The portfolio price increases when the stock price increases and vice versa

Depends on the vesting price. If all are the same and you’ll incur capital gains regardless, likely the older.
