Thanks for the update on Coca Cola Amital Dale! Much appreciated, I with held my buy in and will wait for a more convincing uptrend. If you don’t mind paragon care (PGC) has taken a large hit to its share price but remains with a positive earnings outlook. There appears to be a slight uptrend occurring and I was wondering if I should wait for its share price to hit a more convincing price of about $6 until I buy. Thank you.

Those words are only for those who are uneuducated at trading and the market, and the reason why most traders fail and investors got poor returns. They are certainly not words I use or ever display when it comes to stocks or the markets. I am assuming you are talking about investors in the stock BIN. I will look at it next week.

Hey Dale, excellent videos as always. My thoughts today though is regarding hedging, and in particular if it can be used as a good strategy to minimise risk to a stock PF. I've never used it myself but have been looking into it recently after seeing my PF rise nicely along with the market. I know I don't want to sell stocks if my rules don't trigger hence I'm thinking I could maybe short the market with my CFD broker to minimise potential loss to my PF, as my analysis suggests that the market could soon meet resistance and pull back in the shorter term. My stock PF mainly consists of stocks from the top 150 hence I feel it will likely follow the market. Your thoughts on this strategy? and also if you use hedging yourself in your PF management? thanks

No brokerage does not mean you will not be paying for your trading as no one works for free. I would rather pay brokerage.

What is your view on the banking royal commission and how do you think this will affect the finance sector and the property market moving forward? I struggle to see much light in the Australian property market and the way I see it, the RC will only fuel the fire, not to mention the upcoming election....

Hi Jesse, Welcome to the channel. If you watch last weeks report you will see me answering a similar question. I might be sceptial, but the banks always have a way of coming out on top and they way I see it, the will benefit most from the royal commission. Property is still over priced in terms of historical affordability and just like stocks eventually things need to adjust. Cheers Dale
