@@nancyvandergucht9295 Or my own Bolderberg. €500k for a (modern) house nowadays is pretty average, 300k is cheap. Wealthy is like 700k or more, and they're a lot bigger/nicer than what is shown here. This looks like a decent place to live, but nothing out of the ordinary or particularly wealthy.

@connydm729 it sure is ..after 20 years paying to the bank ,it is all ours . And with that money we buy a better or bigger one or we invest in rental properties to get monthly income , and some choose to do that many times and gain several properties ...or we remain in the same house with no rent to pay . So yes ,no worries for us,homeowners, with landlords ,or where we gonna live ..😊 you may find this very materialistic but with no place to live or monthly struggles just to pay the rent , school money , insurance, gas,...a family's situation can be hard these days ..
