Creole lamb recipe.
Ingredients:
Flour 60 grams
Olive oil 3 tablespoons
Salt and ground pepper 1/2 teaspoon
Young lamb meat 1kg.
1 large onion, finely chopped
2 medium celery stalks-chopped
2 green peppers-chopped
2 garlic cloves-minced
Meat broth 150 ml.
Red wine 150 ml.
Canned tomatoes 425 ml. - mash
Brown sugar 1 h. spoon
Basil 1h. spoon
Oregano 1h. spoon
Thyme 1h. spoon
Bay leaf 2-3 pcs.
For polenta:
425 ml water.
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
Corn groats 175 gr.
Butter 30 gr.
Grated cheddar cheese 115 gr.
1 egg
Paprika 1/4 teaspoon
