Queen Elizabeth meets Queen Mary at Long Beach

On 5 February 2015, Queen Elizabeth docked at Long Beach for the first time, alongside the original Queen Mary. The Royal Rendezvous was the first of a series of events in 2015 to celebrate Cunard's 175th Anniversary.

She's more of a Grand mother actually. Queen Elizabeth 2 built in 1969 would be the mother to the current 3 ships and she's been resting in Dubia :P.

@@mr.juniii5523 There is a valid point to be made about the QE not being a proper Cunarder though. Cunard is no longer an independent company and the QE was not specifically designed for Cunard as she is heavily based on some Carnival ships. And the QE is also just an ugly cruise barge, which can never really be compared to a proper ocean liner.

@Windows Codename Ultima exactly i think cruise ships need some respect the hate being put on them is because of there looks being compared to liners decades before them witch is so un realistic, they maybe cruise ships but they still carry the tradition of ships making passengers confortable and happy so i like them for it.

They were in the Ship Model Gallery on Queen Mary, there are many ships on display, Titanic is one of them. Besides they have displays about other ship on board, like the one for the SS United States down near Queen Mary's engine room.
