I am so proud of my son Mike Jones! Netflix sounds like a wonderful company to work for. I absolutely love the company values and wish each of you much success. Chrissy....please use your "soul-snatching" powers to help Mikey become more than a weekend traveller! Again, great podcast. I have a totally different view of who and what Netflix is and how you treat your employees.

Chrissy Running good morning!! My name is Davida Reed and I’ve applied for the Administrative Assistant position today. I would really appreciate a fair chance to be employed by Netflix. I am looking for a solid stable position that offers some growth for someone like myself. Thank you in advance for anything you can assist me with! Have a great day! 🙏🏾

This was such a great listen. I work in the recruiting field myself and some of the points made really inspired me to take a look at how we recruit for our company as well.

Great talk. I would love to hear about the Production Safety Specialist/Manager role at Netflix. I'm never fascinated in learning more about that role

Really interesting! A valid point expressed by another listener is the fact that it'd be amazing to hear more about the recruitment process for other kind of roles too (ie I work in media and advertising and would therefore be interested in hearing more about this field). Thanks!

Okay I'm curious how to apply for a job as a translator for Croatian subtitles for Netflix. Lots of your shows for eg. Lucifer don't have Croatian subtitles at all upon release date. And it's kind of annoying to have a show released and not being able to watch it right away... I mean I know English obviously but there's people that don't and can't watch it right away.

I’ve got to say, I’m starting to enjoy this little game we’ve begun to play, Netflix. The one where I try to get your attention to open my application and you stand quiet and stoic...like a castle that needs to be taken...that sounds weird...quiet and stoic like a Golden Eye mission needing to be completed. Wait, does “stoic” only apply to people? Can a place or thing be stoic? 🤔 Anyways, Lorenzo Blackett 👍🏾 That’s me...you can look me up in your system. Yeah, any one of those...or something else🤷🏾 But with y’all👉🏾 Very happy you made these videos👍🏾

If I wanted to get a job within the Information Security field with Netflix. What is the best way to get my foot-in-the-door? I'm sure you guys get thousands of emails in.

what if people disagreed with the feedback given? is there room for discussion? a manager might think someone's doing something that's not good, but there might be a valid reason why he/she did it in that way.

What disagreement could be with Big Brother? See point that manager could hire every adept without a reason.

Premise: Someone without my skin color or sex is different. That's wrong, yet here Netflix is trying to shoehorn it back in after decades of many times deadly, civil rights struggles to fight the very idea ...

Tbh Netflix you’re losing subscribers because you’re content is bland and repetitive I honestly feel like me and my friend can help with getting back viewers we’re young and creative and know what people want to see. Let us help your team we have plenty of ideas let us pitch some to you guys we’re only 19 but we have experience

The most creative thing Netflix has done in a while is stranger things which was pretty cool but I feel like we can do something even better
