I bought the 2016 Z18 last year loaded with all kinds of goodies and cannot be more pleased. It's big enough to fish with 3 people and still have plenty of room and with the 175 HP motor, it will get you up and going at 60 MPH +. Have plans next year to upgrade to the Minn Kota Ulterra w/ iPilot trolling motor. Cannot wait for next spring.

The minn kota trolling motor, can that be adjusted vertically for shallow or deeper water ?

I got the 17 z18. Ive had it for 7 weeks. Its been in the shop 4 separate times. The engine wouldnt start. The speedometer didnt work. The trolling motor was wired to only 1 battery. The motor wouldnt stay trimmed up when moving. The wiring for the trolling motor was so tight the head would only spin about 120 degrees. Then the big motor wouldnt idle. Which is a known mercury issue for 2016 150 hp motors btw. The livewell always has water in it even with the plug in. I have to bilge every trip.

you must have gotten yours from walmart I fish for nitro on the pro tour and have had many NITRO boats and in 4 years its only been in the shop once for a wiring issue and they fixed in in the parking lot. So im not sure why you are having so many problems. I have fished out or Rangers,Skeeters and Tritons and I have to say the NITRO boat is just as good if not better in my opinion as the others. NITRO puts the angler first and it shows very very nice boat to fish from..
