Question... Could I create a software such as airbnb without coding? So, essentially a sharing/gig economy platform where people/businesses could promote their product or service and take payments from customers, whilst myself or the company takes a small commission or monthly fee etc. Any help, guide or directions or recommendations where to go would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah no code works, but the term NO COde is a little bit misguiding as you still have to do a ton of work, just not in the form of code. But yeah it's possible but without experience and alone probably needs months up to even years

How do you as a Saas company get discovered though? For ex, if you created this Dashboard, who do you sell to?
@wearenocode Жыл бұрын
Great question. First thing is you will not get “discovered”. You need to get out there and talk to customers before you even build the product to understand their needs. Then once you build it, some become loyal customers. Others don’t care… I would start with direct and personalized outreach, join groups where your customers might be and only focus on getting an pleasing a few customers. Then you use the learning to build more scalable marketing strategies. Early, LinkedIn, Twitter, forums, groups, communities are your best friends. Later you are testing different channels and focusing down on the ones that work best. 🙌

do the kinds of apps you suggest need databases that are stored in the cloud, do the apps need access to servers to run their services?
@wearenocode Жыл бұрын
Most of the no-code builders have their own database but you can also use another one and connect it. In terms of servers they use AWS.

The background music is not necessary and is distracting. I didn't finish watching because of it. You will not lose viewers by not having it, but you will lose a certain percentage by having it. Just trying to help.
@CalixtoSalinas Жыл бұрын
I’m an editor for some KZbinrs (not this site, but similar), I just can’t understand how a very small numbers of viewers don’t like background music and edits. It’s really rough watching a video with no music, sound fx and edits. It’s doable, just not optimal. Trust me, it would be easier for me to just make basic cuts, and get paid, but the product would be shit. It’s not like the music overtakes the audio.
@kayderl Жыл бұрын
Agree with you 2. I think the music is too loud in my opinion. Music needs to be there to make the video perceived to be of higher quality, but it has to be subtle, this is not very subtle.
