All the way form the UK. for me the trunk is to straight , could have made a formal upright I guess. I like what you have achieved by removing the 2 thick leader branches and facing the lower branches down , it should make a nice looking tree and hide the over straight trunk , Looking forward to seeing it when in leaf. I like watching you videos as they give a different slant on Bonsai than you will get in the UK and Europe. Thanks

I was worried when you pointed out the dead root and the way the leaves were falling without color that there was a major problem with the roots, glad to see it was perfectly healthy. I hope you will be keeping this tree for a while because I'm interested to see how that top section heals over and how the tree comes out in the end.

Hi Michael! I was worried too, what a relief! I think I am going to keep this tree for a long time. Mari gifted it to me a while back so it has sentimental value to me and I also like it very much :)
