Scott was probably arrested cos he was drunk in that heated situation not becos he committed an assault. Scott has been the nicest guy ever on thr all-star series and besides thst spat he has been totally nice to luca even when luca didn't have good comments about him.

I remember when Scott was with Kady. She moved to Manchester or visited him. Scott would go out drinking with his brothers and leave her at home. If you look back at their LI season. Kady could be a lot to handle. So IMO it’s not all one sided. Scott has. Openly spoken about his drinking problem in the past. He’s done a lot of work on himself over the years and given up drinking. It’s irresponsible of you to be casting aspersions about Scott using a previous arrest where no further action was taken. Lots of people are arrested, often for their own safety. There is zero obligation for the producers to effectively make something out of nothing by telling people that Scott was arrested and released the next day without charge. He may have a temper but he is not a criminal!
