One tip if you really worry about people hearing that unforsaken diaper crinkle is wear a Onesie, underwear 🩲 or compression shorts over the diaper 🧷... It not only keeps the Crinkle noise down 👇 it also helps with holding up the diaper as you walk to say a connecting flight 🛫.👀🤓

Very informative, I love the props too! This is a very timely video, with lots of travel occurring during spring and summer. One tip that is very helpful is that many airlines will allow a free bag if it is for necessary medical supplies. You will have to talk to the airline beforehand, and the bag is only allowed to contain necessary medical items, but this can help save a lot of money when having to pack a lot of diapers.

If you’re curious in the uk if you can’t find adult diapers at the supermarket they’re often sold at pharmacies Edit: they sell diapers in the uk, the NHS doesn’t recommend catheters to elders who develop heavy incontinence because it’s too expensive to teach nurses and the elders carers to Change catheters and pee bags

I've had issues with incontinence since I was 27 and suffered a lower back injury, then 3 years ago I had prostate cancer and decided to have a robotic prostatectomy.

No problem, I have traveled overseas several times with incontinence. It caused me a little bit of anxiety at first, but it's gotten easier every time. I feel like many people with incontinence avoid travel which makes me miss out on life experiences. Life is too short to let incontinence prevent you from living your best life 😁

Oh gooooodness, I went through security once, I had to get patted down because my jeans pinged for metal in the detector and I was wearing a peekabu with two stuffers I didn't bug out but the dude really emphasized on asking me if I had any medical devices or anything to know about, it was kind of funny lol

Interesting. I typically wear sweat pants when I fly, but the other day I wore jeans. The scanner pinged my crotch area and I ended up with a quick pat down. They didn't ask any questions and sent me on my way. No comments about my diaper, but they felt it with the back of their hand. It was dry, so it probably wasn't too obvious. I don't want to wear jeans through security ever again, lol

Thank you for the informative video. I haven't been on a plane flight for almost 10 years, with the longest from the Caribbean to Newark, NJ then to Albany NY. I did not have any contience issues then, and now, after prostate surgery I can get by with a male guard, but wear diapers at home and on errands. If I took an airplane flight again, I would stay with just male guard pads, and make sure that I went through TSA with a fresh dry one.

I could probably get away with a guard on an airplane for since flights make me dehydrated, but I wear my normal diapers just in case. Better safe than sorry 😁

Great video, I’ve flown many times and this is exactly what I would suggest as well. I’ve had TSA go through my things before and I’ve gotten that look from them but never been asked or pulled aside because of my diapers or supplies.

Yeah, I'm sure TSA has seen adult diapers many times. Millions of people have incontinence, and some people wear adult diapers on long flights even if they don't have incontinence.

Good video that would be really wild over seas and needing more. I have never been over seas longer then 3 weeks. Worst I had from jet lag was coming back from Japan. It surprising how much you really have to do and think about when you are incontinent. I don't know why people would want to go 24/7 voluntarily but people do. Im guessing you aren't going anywhere just using as props.

I typically only carry 2 in my carry-on bag and the rest in a check bag. If I am going somewhere for more than a week, I'll have diapers delivered to the hotel, or buy some locally depending on what's available.

I too am completely I.C. ,but I don’t like to wear a thick cloth diaper , every moment , for the most part or a mM , so I try and use cloth adult training pants , for those days or nights , that I might not have a full on mess or have an have an accident , but this past week , I have had 3 rather large bms , in my training pants ! I try to go every day , but it isn’t that simple , like I will sit on the toilet, and nothing will happen , just like this week , I am not sure , maybe it’s my diet . And during the day , I will try and pee about every other hour , and I don’t go out much , as if I do , I will be all secure , in a thick cloth diaper w/soakers , so I don’t leak , but this past week , I have been very dirty every other night . But this week has been very different , I have tried to go have a bm every night this week , and after I go to sleep , the next morning , I just wake up to a very messy pair of training pants , and I wake up and then more mess just floods out of me , and before I am even wake an hour , my pants are literally soaked and brown , but I must get changed ( I do it myself ) and it feels good , but I can’t figure out why , all of the sudden this is happening to me ? I don’t usually have a bm in the middle of the night , I don’t wet at night much , but I will dribble on myself , in my training pants , and before they are too wet , it will wake me up so I can pee in the toilet. But as I said , or maybe I am a DL too , but not every day , I wear the trainers , every day but mostly just to help me get to the toilet, to finish peeing , and once in a , while , when I am alone in the house , I might dirty them too ! But not like this week , I wake up to a wet and brown pair of training pants , but I sleep with pads , and towels under me , so I don’t, get the bed wet or dirty !

I have bowel incontinence too, it took me a while to get into a rhythm, but the last couple of years I have managed to keep dirty diapers down to a minimum. Diet is important, but difficult to dial in. Me personally, I do best when I stay away from carbs. I eat a lot of meat and vegetables. I typically have 1 BM per day in the morning, after my first cup of coffee. I typically wake up, drink a cup of coffee, make another cup, then drink my 2nd cup of coffee while sitting on the toilet. By the time I am done with my 2nd cup of coffee, my business is done and I hop in the shower. This works for me most of the time. I do still have accidents from time to time, especially when I travel. Any time I get out of my routine, I can expect a messy diaper which is very annoying, but not a big deal. I have been incontinent for a very long time, and have has some very difficult situations to deal with. For me a messy diaper always happens at the worst possible time, lol.

My issue has to do with putting the diaper on EARLY at home and wanting to save it for the trip by using the bathroom until then. I find it difficult to maintain the diaper in good condition if you keep pulling it down to use the bathroom until then. Any advice ?
