I do have one question. I have tiny little cracks maybe 1 or 2 centimeter on my some of my big nepali rudraksha on my kantha. I think a few of them have these, are they significant enough to damage the integrity of the necklace?

Another thing could be that whatever you suppress or have suppressed since childhood it all started coming out. Well, Crystals, Gemstones can only work so much. They are like umbrellas; sometimes we have to go out in the rain, and we can't stop the rain, but we can save ourselves to some extent. Healing is always inside-out; it's never outside-in. When people go out, they absorb energy from other people, too; it could be negative energy. So, Crystals and all such things will help you to not absorb any more negative energy. But yes, if you are manufacturing negativity from within, then work on yourself. Start doing one hour of Anulom-Vilom Pranayam at a slow to medium pace every morning. That will reduce negativity within you.

In Tibet in the last 40+ years, 150,000 people have attained Samadhi and they mostly eat Non-Vegetarian (Yak's Meat). Spiritual Journey & Wearing Rudraksha is not about Physical Body. A lot of Rishis in India were doing Tapasya in Forests and were not farming or growing veggies, they were hunting for eating and also eating fruits and roots. In Buddha's Ashram, a lot of Bhikshu's were Non-Veg eaters and if a Veg Eater got Non-Veg in Bhiksha/Alms, then they used to exchange it with non-veg eaters. Buddha never said "throw" the Bhiksha, because what was given was what was cooked that day in that family. If it's about the body for you then eating veg-or non-veg doesn't matter much and if it's not about the body for you then also eating this or that doesn't matter much. Yes, from the energy perspective eating veg helps, but no need to go to extremes to be a vegetarian if the rest of the family is eating and that is what is being cooked. Fussing over such things, keeps you tied to the body and doesn't let your consciousness evolve. Everybody can wear Rudraksha. When you wear it "never" take it off, unless you are changing its thread, or it breaks itself. Because it serves as your body part and it protects you from outside energies, given your own energy stays good. If you just want to protect yourself then you can wear a Rudraksha Mala in your neck, if you a spiritual seeker then wear a bracelet of Rudraksha on both your wrists. These are the only rules to follow.

We are wearing rudraksha from Isha foundation whatever u said is the same they also said... It rotates clock wise on positive pranic food and anti clock wise on negative pranic food like garlic, onion and dirty areas(I didn't clean my stove cooking area for 7dys or so and I checked the energy there and it rotated anti clock wise) The instructions and precautions are almost same as you said but few different... They said we should remove the rudraksha if we bath with chemical soaps and shampoos... And can wear again after bath...if we use natural cleansers then you can wear during bath they said... Hot water bath is also not recommended as the beads may crack due to the high heat..u can use lukewarm water... And the rudraksha should not come in touch with any other metals other than copper,silver and gold🙏

Namaste Pallavi, even I am wearing the Rudraksha I bought from Isha Foundation USA about 8-9 years ago. They are genuine and very good Rudraksha. I suggest everyone to buy from Isha Foundation, so at least one is sure that they are genuine and consecrated. But at times for some people they are very costly. 1. Only serious Vairagi who do not wish to get into any relationship and is willing to break the existing ones should wear it on their wrists. Everyone else who wishes to stay in a relationship yet wants to protect their energy (Pranamaya Kosha) can wear it on their neck. 2. Depends upon the level of "Vairagya" in the seeker. 3. Serious Vairagi can wear Ek-Mukhi if they are not living in the house with other family members. But even a serious Vairagi should wear Pancha-Mukhi if they live in the house with other family members. While doing their spiritual practice, they can hold "Ek-Mukhi" on their palm/hand or wear it temporarily while doing Sadhana. 4. Pranamaya Kosha (Energy/Etheric Dimension) gets polluted due to the polluted energy (pranamaya kosha) of other people around us, and some places have that effect on seekers too. It's seeker's Pranamaya Kosha that we are trying to save.

Try to fix the mala in a fixed place hanged and you will surprise it wont move. If I am wrong share a video . I think This is not the way to find genunity of a rudraksha. I treid many and when holding in hand its moving while in hanged position its not. That means something subtle movement in your hand is actualy doing it

Apologies if I am wrong. Holding a mala (rudraksha or sphatika in hand) is not the correct way to check I belive. I tried this using hand and I feel some rotation, but when I kept it static on a rope and hold a glass underneath, no effect at all. That means subtle movement in hand is actualy doing the rotation. If i am wrong, could you demonstrate it without holding in hand . Fix the rudraksha or sphatika in a static place hanged and try to see if its moving , even if you move the glass underneat. I am a beliver of rudraksha and sphatika and I weaar it , but there are others ways to identify its genuinity as rudra life tels.

What are we demonstrating or checking the genuinity of? Something through which the Life Force, Prana-Shakti can flow through. So, humans have Life Force, Prana Shakti, alive fruits & veggies and plants have that, animals have that too. So, holding it in human hand will move it, because Prana Shakti is flowing from your hand to the Rudraksha and Rudraksha is "responding to the prana shakti that you have". And why we wear Rudraksha, one reason is that it starts vibing with our own Prana Shakti, it doesn't obstruct it, it will hold it for long and in a way becomes a protective layer of your own Prana Shakti, while no other Beads/Metal will be able to do that. So, yes if you try to move it through anything that doesn't have any Prana Shakti then it won't move, but then what are we testing it for?

Genuinity of Rudraksha is two ways, its not only the test of Rudraksha, it's a test of the Prana Shakti of the holder of Rudraksha too. If terminally ill patients or those who are about to get very sick hold it, then it will not move or move anti-clockwise.

Namaskar, increasing the "mukhi/mukh/FACE" means more "Identities" in life, then those Identities will create Attachments and Aversions, and one will entangle themselves more in life. But, unless one becomes a complete dispassionate/vairagi/sanyasi/renunciate, wearing "Ek Mukhi (One Face) is not advised either.

Gurumaa wearing these things doesn't it look like artificial way of doing sadhana. All these are weared to calm down the mind. If we do so then we are concluding that we are not fit to control our mind independently without any external aid. For example I will give an example of how some spiritual person cheats people. In my city itself there is an institution called Pyramid Valley where they teach meditation. But there they don't teach u meditation, instead they have big ground & its covered with huge pyramid structure & they claim its because of pyramid all the students are able to do deep meditation. But the pyramid has no power to make them go into trance. There is a trick behind this. They have dug the ground & inside the ground they store hundreds & thousands of Green Emerald crystals & cover it. They make arrangements such that Emerald absorbs the Moon light energy completely. Because of the energy of Emerald crystals all those who sit for meditation in that area go into such a deep trance state that they don't feel to come out from meditation. This is sure completely artificial way of doing meditation & sadhana. So I thought any way Sphatik is also gemstone only, then wearing that & doing sadhana could also be artificial way of doing sadhana & controlling the mind. Actually we should use our real & true Manobal or our real mental will power to do sadhana right. To do consecration of Sphatik can we just use water instead of milk. Because in my town we don't get Indian Desi Cow milk, we get only Jersey pasteurized milk & it is not pure, its adulterated. The cows are injected with Steroid injection & are not grass fed cows, we don't what they feed. So only for name sake its called milk, else it has not got qualities of what milk has to be. Is it OK to soak in such type of milk or can we soak in the water. What can we use for neutralizing or to protect from WiFi & mobile EMF radiations. Because I am feeling low in energy & getting frequent headaches for using Mobile WiFi only for 1 hour. I do yoga nidra to reduce headache & 1 to 2 hours is just going to relieve headache & I am not able to go further. So pls suggest me what to wear as Armour for EMF radiations.

1. Wearing Rudraksha or Sphatik or any external items/help is not that bad until one has the power to handle themselves fully. A child who learns to walk, requires some handholding, external support and it is OK to do that. There is nothing bad about it unless one becomes totally dependent on external support. 2. You can wear rudraksha.

@@BeingShivaFoundation Gurumaa I didn't get answer about consecration. As per my yesterday's comment I have asked u that in my city we don't get pure Desi Cow milk. We get pasteurized packet milk which is adulterated & the cows are injected with steroid injection & they are not grass fed, nobody knows what the cows are fed. So is it OK to use this type of milk for doing consecration of Sphatik mala or Rudraksha or can I use water instead or do we need milk only.

Or suppose we have kept the mala in water or milk in the evening & after we sleep in the night if it rains, it doesn't damage rudraksha or Sphatik mala?
