It's amazing how Jordan 1's and Dunks aren't selling out anymore, "hype" is very powerful, and it also shows that there's, so many people who are followers. They don't buy what they actually like, they buy what's hyped/popular.

same sentiment. sucks that dunk sb quality is still pretty low though. all of my early 2000 sneakers still feel great, all the new drops take a while to break in.

I tried to get these when they shock dropped but took a L. The shadows are my second favorite of the OG colorways so I definitely want a pair. I'm hoping Jordan brand produced an amount similar to the black toes last year, because those were fairly easy to get for retail. It would have been awesome if these were 85 cuts, because I love the shape of the recent natural/neutral gray and metallic blue pairs. As for the question, I'd say wolverine, for the healing factor. I guess the only downside is that you'll outlive all of your loved ones, which is sort of related to the past question of immortality (though I think wolverine's healing factor just slows down his aging, rather than making him immortal).

Just picked em up & they’re awesome. I actually prefer these OGs to the 85 lows Chris, by far my most comfortable pair of Jordan Lowe’s OG Lowe’s is the atmosphere gray that shoe is extra squishy and bouncy. No one liked or talked about and the leather is really good.. I prefer the nylon tongue to the cloth tongue . I prefer the sleekness And I have even grown to like the size of the swoosh better than the 2015 2016 run I have the Royals that Chicago’s the black red and the shadows. The leather is terrible compared to these the shape is good and I also realized I don’t need the swoosh to be the size of a blazer swoosh on a AJ one. These are like my slides , my slippers. Can’t beat em , two under retail pairs. Not from An App used $20 at Hibbets & had 20% From Nike , so $112 on one pair , $120 on other after $20 off.

I totally missed these dropping Sat. morning..overslept, by 11:30am, my size was gone on SNKRS, other sites. Stopped in JD Sports today...JC, one employee didnt know what I was talking about, no stock. Usually skip Foot Locker but or the hell of it I went in and they had 1 pair left in my size, a rare W...and timing and luck I guess. Actually the first Jordan low I purchased and I never had the Shadow Highs - which I always loved. I do have a few spare insoles I may try out though, better than the ones these came with. Yeah, you can grab these under retail as of May 14...I saw that, but after S&H it's actually 4-6 bucks more than retail. Clean sneaker, no regrets picking this one up!

ALSO..I had no idea these came with an extra pair of laces in gray. Nike will screw us when it comes to that with many releases, but not this one. Nice change. I'll be swapping them ASAP!

Yup, I agree that the Jordan 1 line is too much and confusing. Wish Nike/Jordan Brand would simplify it. Cancel the high og and low og, and just release the 85 cut versions of both. They can still do their monthly colorway drop that they’ve been doing with the og highs and og lows, but just you know, using the 85 cut models and canning the non 85 og models. They can leave the Jordan 1 mid and Jordan 1 low as more budget friendly versions. So that would leave the lineup as: Jordan 1 low and Jordan 1 mid for the budget options, the AJKO as the in between, and the High 85 and Low 85 at the high end. We wouldn’t even notice the significant price jump to the 85 models as the current High OG and low OG are already very close to the 85 versions’ price point. That would leave the lineup how it was back in 1985-86, but just with a ton more colorways for each model (85 high, 85 low, AJKO), and a budget option with the 1 Mid and 1 low (non og). This would be the best Jordan 1 lineup without it being confusing. PS. As for what we have tho, here’s how the lineup is with each model’s counterparts for someone who may be new to this: Jordan 1 High OG 85 = Jordan Low OG 85 Jordan 1 High OG = Jordan 1 Low OG AJKO = AJKO low Jordan 1 mid = Jordan 1 low (no OG or OG 85 designation)

I’m glad I found out from Chris and ogorbust the lows from 2014-16 with the big swoosh aren’t as good quality-wise compared to low OGs or low 85s now. Because I really love that inexplicably giant swoosh but do not have $1500. Edit: Magneto. But I’d probably end up crushing thousands of motorists before realizing I could just levitate my own car past traffic.
