I thought I wanted to become a guitar player, but then I heard ARP 2600 and my life was never the same again.

It's so much fun to hear the stories and relive the times. I think I was at a gig you were suppose to play on when the "immigration" issue happened... and somehow you made it to the gig anyway! Amazing. And thank you for recording "Life and Times of Harvey Milk" at my studio. How you got me to play the English Horn on that still amazes me. Thank you for introducing and inspiring me to play those classic synths (which no plug in comes close to emulating). You are the master :) As I enter my 40th year of having OTR Studios, I will always be eternally grateful for the encouragement you gave me to pursue a career in audio engineering. Miss you, my old friend! Cheers !!!

Thanks so much for sharing these stories! I’ve met Art Lande a few times and have listened to Joe Zawinul a lot. I can’t wait to listen to all the records you mentioned!

Hi Mark. I saw you perform at Berklee Square in 1986? I think. Not with Missing Persons. Also with David Sylvian on Secrets of the Beehive tour. I met Joe Z when I was an intern at KJAZ, and I also loved Zawinul's great synth creations. Always enjoyed your music, as well as the recent updates on You Tube. Cheers!
