Much better weather presentation than any of the free to air channels. They really dumb it down these days so great to see someone who knows what they’re talking about rather than just a pretty face. Nothing against Phil’s face btw.

As always PD thanks for this update. You've been a real source of quality information for us all this side of the ditch all year. The new intro is epic! We've been smashed with wet weather in the Noosa Hinterland & are just recovering! Enjoying the Vendee Globe updates I'm captivated by the utter bravery of these people, so exciting to stay across. Happy holidays to you & everyone! ✌️🙏👍

Thanks for the update, Phil. On the matter of the yacht race. About 27 years ago there was a Pommy yachtie who got himself in big trouble down there during this exact same race. The government sent a ship down there to rescue him. I know these people are enjoying themselves but maybe they should have to pay for any rescues that they need. I can't even calculate what it would cost to divert a warship to go down there to rescue someone.

I called a beautiful yacht my home, gliding gracefully over the sparkling waters of Boston Bay many moons ago. Each day was an adventure, with the gentle rhythm of the waves lapping against the hull and the salty breeze weaving through my hair as I explored the stunning coastline and vibrant marine life. 🙂 Wishing you a safe and Merry Christmas!

Kiora Phillip, Gumboots filled to brim. Buckets mate, buckets 😊 at least a 2 litre one. We had days of that drizzle, downpour, drizzle. Fog ¿ I'd hate to live were the sky stays white all day night. Muwumbah weather in Toowoomba. 😅 it clearedthis morning. Big high mares tails whisked a cool charge in. Blue sky 😊 and dry clothes. ( that helps) Looks like it's a 3 pegs to hold the clothes on the line week for WA. 😊 have a Happy Christmas Phillip I watched iproar", movie last night. " Ricky baker" Great kiwi history movie. The Top End of Australia through Darwin down to Broome (WA) to see intense storm activity. Possible low forming off Cairns (or to its South) and likely to track towards New Caledonia. Flood Warnings currently in place for Coastal Region of Queensland along with a Flood Watch for the Central Coastal region of Queensland. 145 calls to the State Emergency Service Queensland a day ago and 1000mm of rainfall possible for the area Townsville to Cairns. Mix bag for Christmas Day (Australia). Flooding has taken place in Queensland's South East region including Brisbane and a couple of swift-water rescues. Queensland Police not happy with the amount of motorists that have driven into flood waters.

Thanks Phil. PLS share yr views re Geo Engineering as so many asleep and do NOT believe in Geo Engineering. Thanks in advance Phil. 👍Pete N/E NSW
@WeatherWatchTV5 күн бұрын
Hi there :) Geo-engineering is most definitely happening - but conspiracy theorists have conflated/muddied things up. It's only in its infancy. What Goverments WANT to do in the future is not occuring now. Geo-engineering is about enhancing naturally occuring things - like reflecting sea spray to locally lower sea surface temperatures, or helping a hyrdo area or ski field (possibly) make more rain/snow (as it only marginally works) and 'mother nature' has to have already made rain/snow clouds in the first place. China and Mexico are perhaps pushing the boundaries the most but with very limited success. For us it's exhausting trying to explain to people it doesn't make storms that anyone can "control", if it did it would break all our independent modelling. Cheers, Phil

@@WeatherWatchTV Hi Phil, "even" in infancy it's NO conspiracy theory with the planes flying high above at night then the next day VERY high rainfall in PATCHY areas of SE/Qld/N/E NSW which is "not the norm". Many low-lying area's getting "flooded" in a very short time. From sunny skies to a SUDDEN "Rain BOMB" as they now call it. The record rains in the "usually" DRY areas of Australia are for future "GAS FRACKING"!! Cheers Pete.
@stayawakenhealthy25394 күн бұрын
@@WeatherWatchTV Hi Phil. Y/T took my comment away. It's NO conspiracy with Geo-engineering. A sunny day then a "Rain Bomb" in certain areas in S/E Qld N/E NSW and very patchy and many low-lying areas get FLOODED. Time for Australia to build MORE Dams to catch all this water!! Cheers Pete. 👍
