Back breaking? Bollocks! You may have to get up early, but all the hard work is done by machine. And if you're a successful baker, making nice bread, there's a crew of people (USA=Mexicans, UK=Polish) to do the manual work for you. Just make sure you pay them well.

@@djxjxixsmjxjskjzxn1853 not all bakeries have machine and even if they do there is still a huge amount of manual labour involved. Bags of flour and sugar weighs 25-50kgs ea and a machine can't move those around they need to be lifted manually. There is also the repetitive lifting of trays of cooked breads etc etc etc. Being a baker IS back breaking work so stop talking shit.

I make my own fresh pita bread. Anything good like these guys are doing does not contain Preservatives. I refuse to buy anymore store bread. Getting back to basics is so much tastier. And no I do not have a mixer. I do my kneading by hand. But for these guys I am sure glad they have it!!!!

Something that you don't really notice is the fact that folks ( me included ) tend to buy bread that is fashioned at some point along the way by hand. When I visited Paris I couldn't help but purchase the pastries and bakery items in the Mom & Pop bakery shops because I knew it was all hand-crafted and oh.. so good.

I've seen many bakery videos lately what many of them had in common was dirty equipment in this video however I see clean equipment I see clean ovens, clean pans, clean shelves, everything is clean and it doesn't look like it's clean just because they're doing the video it looks like it's clean because they believe in keeping everything clean. Clean really is a good thing when you making people's food. Most people don't know the fumes from burnt caked-on old grease often found on the outside and of pots and pans is carcinogenic -- prolonged exposure like for professional bakers and cooks can give you lung cancer

#Bakers job it's not easy. Some bakery don't have machine equipments. The long period of standing when making bread it's not easy But i love the hard work of making bread. I have a small bakery in my place, i don't have employees or any assistances i do all the stuff as a baker. So much tired but i love it. Enough money soon i will hire employees in my store.😅😅😅😅😅😘😘
