Splitting the ends is a great technique, it is amazing how much all the KZbin weavers share and help us all. Many many thanks.

Thank you for your great explanations! I'd like to know which loom do you have... I have a 4-shaft and looking for an 8-shaft floor loom 🤗

I'm glad you found the explanations helpful. I have a Bergman Countermarch loom from the 1940s. Sorry not much help for you there. I like the countermarch because the tension is even when weaving (warp thread move both up and down) but most countermarch are fairly large. This one is the general size of a jack loom so it fits in my little space. I also have an Ashford 8-shaft table loom. Good luck in your search and thanks for watching.
