My son lives in Honolulu. He was in Maui for years before. I lived in Maui and Honolulu for some years doing contract nursing. I actually missed a flight also. No calls, not many signs up. It was a crazy story for sure. My son agreed if you are not familiar with the small airport it is confusing. Luckily there was a later flight back to Maui. Believe it or not everytime I finished a contract, a year or 6 months etc I traveled to Paris for 3 months. Paris is my favorite place in the world. I did not like Hawaii at all. My son loves it. I have enjoyed traveling to more exotic places like Turkey, Morocco and India but my favorite place is Paris. I have also traveled to many other regions of France and enjoyed them all. My small house is full of treasures from markets in France. I never mastered French. I tried many different ways but never did. Very sad for me. I know everything would have been more interesting if I understood more conversations. I admire your language skills. So wonderful as a young couple you have both traveled so much of the world. The food looked very good. I do like Moroccan food very much and enjoyed the cafes in Paris. I am 73 this month and can't travel much now. I enjoy your videos very much. A much needed Paris boost.

It’s very true….happiness is all the everyday things we all do. Especially after the pandemic I think we have all found more time for those things and for each other. After all we are all only here for what could be a short time, I find it is best to make everyday things the best we can. Hoje ri muito com a viagem de Tsu-san ao Hawaii...aqui no Brasil diríamos que ele foi de "vela" hahaha, acompanhando o casal e a distração em perder o voo de volta ao Japão, segundo a descrição dele, foi hilária. Quanto a pimenta, aqui no Brasil, depende da região (pais enorme) mas na Bahia, a comida é muito saborosa e apimentada!!! O anel que você ganhou do Tsu-san é LINDO, meu gosto total. I just love watching you two and you make everything look so good. My granny made " pickled peaches. " with sugar and cinnamon and cloves. I never heard of pickled apricots. Sounds wonderful. Granny stuck cloves all over the peaches and canned them in jars of sugar and cinnamon
