For everyoe leaving hateful comments, there is two forms of Alopecia: Traction Alopecia and Alopecia Aereata, the difference is Traction Alopecia is caused by stressing the hair folicials until they thin out or die and Alopecia Aereata is something that people is born with and will have the rest of their life. This woman has ALOPECIA AEREATA, that means she NEVER HAD THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF HAIR FROM BIRTH, so how would you feel if you had to grow up with everyone having and growing hair and you were stuck with the realization that for the rest of your life, you will never have hair? STOP THE JUDGEMENT AND SAVE IT FOR PEOPLE WHO REALLY ARE DOING WRONG!!!
@Impericallyfrozen7 жыл бұрын
yumikumi2 with alopecia areata actually when your born you can have a full head with no patches but eventually it may fall out.I was born with a full set of hair very thick and I have had it that way for 15 years even before hand when my hair used to get permed and was damage I never had patches but I went naturall 4 years ago and now being 15 I am now having a 4 by 5 cm patch and my doctor said it's a combination of environmental factors and genetics I am now receiving treatment for it

I purchased argan rain products because I am losing my hair due to Alopecia Areata. The only thing you need to do is apply enough amount to wet hair and massage gently throughout scalp and hair approximately 1-2 minutes , then rinse thoroughly with warm water. And then the result is perfect. I have noticed new hair growth while using it for 2 months.I would highly recommend it.

Hello, I want to commend you for doing such a great job. You really know what you're talking about. I'm a Chief Trichologist "Hair Loss Specialist" In Houston Texas Area. I like how you explained to the people a couple of reasons she may be experiencing Traction alopecia along with Andronetic Alopecia. It's not uncommon to have two or 3 types of hair loss going on at the same time. I suggest that these beautiful alopecia clients also take a hair vitamin supplement such as Nzuri Elixir Liquid Hair Vitamins or Nzuri Stress Tonic. They are available on Amazon.and I highly recommend Nzuri liquid vitamin supplements to help them deal with the imbalance from the inside. Looks like you've got the outside! Keep up the good work.

I have alopecia aereata. It is very hereditary gene. All my siblings, men and women, grandma, mother and my adult children are starting to develop alopecia above. During my kid and young years, I had a head full of thick hair, along with the rest of my family. At a certain age in life, we started to loose it rapidly, usually doing the age of the 40's. yumikumi2 comment is very accurate. Those who make fun is just ignorant and need to due their research regarding the genetic syndrome.

First off i must say you worked that magnificent !! Question : Do you think using the net and wearing crochets or sew-ins will grow alopecia back if taken care of properly. I'm a victim of alopecia I have hair loss on the right side but it's thin and bald. I try and keep it in crochets and washed, and moisturized also have been natural for a year and a half, but i want something different now ...

@Olivia Stewart I totally agree, however some of these new millennial beauticians are not into maintaining healthy hair. My beautician for over 20 years engages in simple conservative hair growth regimens. I've never worn weaves because weaves weigh an pull on the natural hair. Weaves are bandaid for hair loss. This is not a solution, weaves are addictive and not good.

Not if your scalp has tissue nerve ending damage. Once the follicle is dead the root no longer produces another and it becomes smooth and discolored on the scalp. If it's not damaged then you should consult a Trichologist not a dermatologist .

Seriously like why? I had all of my hair fall out.. I think it was caused to DHT, there are hair vitamins and shampoos that target this issues, and they do work. I have 16 inches of hair now, and I had nothing.. if she keep getting sew ins pretty soon she will have nothing to work with. I am not being mean because I know how it feels, but just sayin.

Gemini Lee I will start with step 1 and so on and a brief story, it was always long when I was small, but then when I go in about 6th grade it started to fall out. I guess with school in the way I didn't have time to explore options to fix my hair, as you can imagine people picked at me and called me bald etc.. people are mean and nasty right? If they say my hair, now they would think it was fake.. LOL ok here goes, there is really nothing in particular like a product, but I will list everything from, start to finish: 1) I take bloom krans hair vitamins and next I will start to take this vitamin called HF14. The bloom krans vitamin is cheaper you can get it on amazon or ebay. I think I am just going to take vitamin,b5,b12, and biotin when I am done with both of the vitamins and see how they work, because it's cheaper than buying those vitamins each month. Those vitamins block DHT, and they prevent your hair from falling out. I would only get them if you have hair loss issues. 2) I don't mess with my hair alot, no heat. I wear wigs alot,i would say find a couple wigs that you like, look on the website and find the name, and then put the name of it in youtube search, watch it to see if it's actually something you would like, most of those wigs look like shit in person.. LOL and when I take my wig off. I moisturize my hair with shea moisture products, either coconut hibiscus curl enhancing smoothie, or Jamaican black castor oil strength, grow and restore leave-in conditioner. 3)I wash my hair with a regular shampoo like dove or herbal essences, to remove all of the oils in my hair. Like herbal essence hello hydration or any dove shampoo. Then I use VitaTress Bition shampoo, that blocks DHT as well, even if you don't have DHT, it will help your hair grow. I don't use the VitaTress biotin shampoo before the dove, or herbal essences, because if you have oils in your hair, it wont lather, you need to remove the oils first, with a something like dove or herbal essences before using that. 4)Once I am done washing my hair I use a regular conditioner like dove or herbal essences and leave it on for a bit like 20 mins, wash that out, then I use a hair mask, or repairing mask. I have uses garnier frutice whole blends, garnier frutice damage eraser, or even the shea moisture caster oil hair mask, with shea moisture you have to make sure you read, and know what you are getting all of the jars look the same, like all the Jamaican castor oil products are a beige yellow color in jars, and the coconut and hibiscus is all in orange jars. 5)After I am done washing my hair and remove the hair mask, or repairing mask. I get some extra virgin olive oil and grape seed oil, and I rub it in my hair. I put a cap on my hair a cheap plastic one, and I wrap a towel around my hair, and just do house work for a bit..so basically what I am doing is adding oils back into my hair, because with those shampoos. I just washed all the oils out of my hair. I notice when I started doing this I retained the most length. I might even give up the hair mask, because my hair is no longer damaged, and when I do this (use the olive oil, and grape seed oil)my hair looks great like you can see all of the colors high lighted, and it's full moisturized. 6) I wash the oils out, and dry my hair with a towel. Then while it's wet I separate it, while I separate it. I use regular castor oil, and the shea moisture conditioners I mentioned. I get a section of my hair, then I put a bit of castor oil in the palm of my hand, and then some of the shea moisture conditioner i the palm of my hand. I rub it together, then rub it in my hair. I then twist it up, and basically repeat that for your whole head add the products and twist it up. The reason I use the castor oil is because I found it detangles the hair, and I just add extra moisture with the conditioner. I usually just wrap a towel around my head, and get some of the moisture out. Then I wrap my head up and go to sleep to let it finish drying, or you can go outside in the day time and let it air dry a bit. I don't let it dry all the way. I let it stay a little damp. 7) I brought one of those hair detangling brushed. I urge you to be careful when buying one, not all are created the same. The one The brand is called Goknots, it comes in pink, yellow and purple, it's called Goknots hair detangling brush. I untwist my hair from the sections while it's lightly damp, and I stretch my hair out and detangle it with that brush. I think you will begin to see why I used the castor oil and conditioner, plus left it lightly damp, because when you use that GoKnots detangle brush it glides right through your hair. 8) After I am done doing each section I just braid it up in sections, it does not have to be anything special, since I wear lace fronts. I know for a fact bottom line is to not use any perms or heat it will damage your hair. I mean I use heat sometimes like once a month. I used it to stretch my hair and that is how I know how long it is. I am still looking for products that will keep my hair straight naturally, like naturally keep it stretched with no heat. And that is it, and to keep your hair moisturized use the shea moisture products, and repeat the steps.

Gemini Lee If you are a man , just opt out of the wigs and use a protective style, everything else applies, and just twist your hair up and dust the ends when they looks raggedy, with scissors no need to go to a hair dresser and have them cut your hair shorter than you wanted it

Naturally stuff like almond oil, olive oil, coconut oil, and etc. I also put egg yolk in my over night or I'll leave oils in over time. I use one homemade deep conditioner for protein in my hair. Everyone hair is different you need a find away to take care of it. ADVICE DONT USE CHEMICALS IN YOUR HAIR. Extensions are different then a full weave.

There have to be a better solution than installing fake hair. This lady's hair will never properly grow. People need to realize hair constantly grows, perhaps not as a fast pace as some would like. This is catastrophic ... The hair line thinning due to weaves... its common sense...

Why would you put a weave in her head and she has no hair? These weaveologists don’t know anything about hair care🤦🏽♀️

_Superhairfood ( google it ) is a very good shampoo and it has definitely made a difference on my hair loss issue. My hair tends to be oily and this shampoo keeps that under control and the amount of hair in the bottom of the drain has been reduced by 90%_

Googling it now. What is the effect of you stop using that shampoo?

I would have liked to have seen how you start putting the weave onto the hair from the beginning instead you show the net and then you show that you have 12 it on it at least twice before you show the camera so we don't get to actually see you and place the hair onto the scalp from the beginning what is this you don't want to teach people your technique people in London can't get to know how easy it is to make that look on bald head well keep your secret to yourself in the United States we're here in London and we will catch up to you people in America and we will have better hairstyles in England

Fortunately, that is not true. Her story doesn't apply to many others who are constantly loosing their edges to extensions. I do wish that you continue to watch my other videos and view there content to know my background and also my belief and disbelief of extensions. I am a holistic hair care stylist who has a hair restoration clinic to help aid in hair loss. This was a client who wasn't ready to wear wigs because she didn't want her husband to see what her hair was like underneath. She was looking for something more permanent at this time this video was shot. Basically, my client was diagnosed with Lupus which causes hair loss over time, so to answer your statement it doesn't apply to her. Keep watching shop www.sbshairstudios.com to see valuable information on products produced by myself for Hair Restoration. Try my Botanical Seven Hair Tea

Noel Boldwin. uhhh, did she say that? Or is this a judgement call. BTW, let's say it is from a weave. What would YOU suggest she do. That lady needs serious help, and Im happy for her, because she can afford this type of weave.

In the beginning of the video it's stated that she has Alopecia. It's a problem you're born with, I know because it runs in my family. That's why I cut my hair so when I do loose it, it's not going to be a huge difference for me

I feel for you...this is ridiculous and a waste of time and money.,..try to fix your problem and in the meantime wear wigs.

You don't have to feel for me because. An educated and well experienced while dealing with hair loss and lack of confidence in my clients. You should check out more of my content and subscribe to me. Don't judge me off one video. I have a hair restoration clinic that helps aid in hair loss as well as I have a product called Botanical Seven Hair Tea™ on the market to help nourish the dermal papillae. What you need to know is there is a hormone called DHT that releases in men and women causing hair loss. Go to my website so I can help you www.sbshairstudios.com and learn more about me as a Holistic Hair Care stylist. Thanks for tuning in and commenting 🤗

Autoimmune? Just stop it. This is from bad hair care, tight braiding and tight braids for weave. And how I know this is not autoimmune is because this issue is widespread. There are so many Black women out here who are bald. And the hairstylist, especially these backroom hair stylists, doing hair in their house, are causing a lot of these issues.

If u look at some of the comment from the stylist you will notice that she says her client was suffering from this for years before she was her stylist. Also, the typist found out the client was finally diagnosed with Lupus by a doctor through blood test. Please continue research before judging or critizing. THAT'S what's sad.

*_Love Superhairfood natural shampoo_** My hair is thin and sheds easily and this is the only shampoo that works for my hair. It didn't dry it out or anything. It made it stronger, healthier, and brings out my natural waves more.I highly recommend this*
