AT seems like a pretty trivial fold against 1.5x overbet at 36:44

What are your normal stakes because in these you always seem to end down about 500-1.5k,I see you gamble in splash pots and run badly but it adds up.No offence only just found your channel and watched like 8 vids,I see other streamers like Ginge also lose mostly on Friday sessions.

Wouldn't say I gamble in splash pots, I think people way under defend so I think my plays are generally +EV. Just a downswing dude, don't worry about me 😘

@@Weazel1991 under defending in what spots?
@speakinfaxonly21 Жыл бұрын
@@yury4835 in general. All positions. In my opinion You should be going with any suited Ace, any A10o and up, any suited Broadway's, KQo, and probably 88+. At least that would be my range. 1/4 of a buy in in dead money out there every splash pot. That's like playing 2/5 1k and there being 250$ in the pot preflop and that's what I play and that would be my jamming range for that game in that situation.

Yo weazel, since GG poker has preflop rake, i'd recommend at spots like 7:40 to not shove all in, but raise to 30BB or so. Rake is capped at 3bb, but since it's 5% you'll only reach the cap at 60BB. So each time you raise to 30 vs a shortstack as opposed to jamming you save well over 1BB when they fold. Also, when shorties have less than 30BB stack, also don't shove but raise to their exact stack size for the same reason.
@LimiteR22 жыл бұрын
That's not how the rake is calculated. You only pay it if the bet is called.
@homoimbecillus2 жыл бұрын
GG takes rake preflop too. Was it 35bb+ pots?
@Weazel19912 жыл бұрын
Limite is right, you don't pay rake on bets not called. Because its not part of the pot, its returned to you

Soooo at Rush&cash they take 1.5bb off every pot >30bb. And that's on top of the regular rake which is like 5-6bb/100. How is that format beatable? Are there proven winners?

I will never understand how people play rush poker where the crushiest of crushers have like 5bb win rate which means that 20-30 buy in down swings are just the norm when you can just play normal tables, table select and make 5-10k a month easily on soft sites.. why make it so hard on yourself?
@bc1sjw2 жыл бұрын
GG reg tables are not as soft as you think. Yes you can tag and table select fish, but a lot of the multi table regs playing 10, 12, 18 or even 20 tables just play like a value factory. Always have it every single time and never ever never ever never ever bluff - its just not in their programming. This it makes pretty difficult because fish and LAGs aside, all 'reg' players have effectively no bluff range - its value vs value. Purely who can make the biggest hand, if its not a cooler you are on the right side of you are never winning a stack. Withlut coolers your going to be breaking even or losing a fair amount. If your villian is overbetting or betting huge and you have the 4th nuts or worse, forget range - its just a fold. Even 3rd nuts can be questionable, sometimes you really need the 1st or 2nd. I smashed it last year but this year I'm pretty much break even last 40k hands - the only thing thats different is I'm not getting the coolers. Reg tables are really more like a game of snap and not poker. In my last 5k rush hands I've been bluffed more than in the last 150k reg table hands. Seriously. And its for that reason I'm going to move to Rush.

Bro you're actually goated, but your attitude needs work.. I still don't mind watching but hearing you talk about wanting to punt on black jack was sad. Poker is a bitch of a game for sure, maybe make a video on how to master your mental or how to recover from a downswing.
