Designers need to be at the developers table from day Zero. Yes! We should be co-designing the protocols and algos, spark new ideas and challenges for devs, that way we can push the tech forward for better solutions and better UX.

This is awesome - a ton of useful information. In particular the outlines in the first talk for new mental models, the questions that new users will ask, and where it's appropriate to hide complexity or ensure that a user understands what they're actually doing. Thanks for uploading this.
