Webasto introduces Medical-Grade HEPA Air Filtration System

The Webasto HEPA Air Filtration System has medical-grade HEPA14 (H14) filters that are capable of removing 99.995% of airborne particulates. The system combines two main features to reduce viral loads in ambient air: a high air volume flow and a high removal efficiency of HEPA 14 filters.
The lightweight, cylindrical units can be installed almost anywhere inside vehicles and in other confined spaces where people may be sharing interior air.
Each unit (HFT300 and HFT600) has rapid air exchange rates that can meet or exceed the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC) guidelines, requiring 60 air changes
per hour for infection control.
