I brought this race up the other day when somebody brought up Webb and Forkner’s success so far this supercross season in a fit of disbelief. I simply said “you don’t remember Forkner leading and then Cooper running down Herlings and Austin to take the win at the Charlotte GP do you?”

Same people questioned his toughness, so I reminded them about him winning an outdoor title racing the whole summer with a broken scaphoid in his throttle side wrist! They couldn’t believe it so I told them to look that shot up and prove me wrong... they wouldn’t bet the 20$ I put on it.

Webb is an absolute dog man. He never has the fastest lap times in practice but he is fueled by running guys down in the motos. Damn dedication and is able to ride every bit as fast the last lap as the first

Cooper Webb won because during his sight lap he felt that the truck was ideal....thus telling himself he can win this moto...he pull up to the kine and told forkner are you ready to battle....mentally preparing himself for what was to come....once the gate dropped...he executed what he had already told himself what he could do.......if you believe it you can achieve it........keep her pinned....braaaaap....send it....

Lmao Villopoto nearly won thailand by like a minute... and that was him on a coast to trying to retire parade he did goin over there that last year on the bike... Just saying 2007 Nations, literally tells his legendary status that noone has ever come close to achieving. won both races, on a 250f vs all of the elites around the world. Even pulling 2 hole shots LOL. I love me some Herlings, Cairoli, etc but you can't say anything is as comparable as that. there was no gimmick, it was just normal hard pack mx track which mxgps def have as well.
