Just love how music doesn’t require a language to understand it. Everyone can fluently hear and understand it. One gorgeous universal language that ties all together

Actually not everyone understands music. Only if you have an open heart and you're really willing to listen maybe then you'll understand the beauty of it.

@@sandragamal8727 Often when I work in my yard in warm weather I carry my I phone in my pocket and it's playing music. One day one of the neighbor's children, an 8 yr old boy, listened for a bit and then asked me if that was music. He informed me that he only likes RAP. I thought that was a little sad. It's likely the only "music" he knows.

While I do agree with your sentiment, there is no peace to be had here, for anyone. The perpetrators may have been imprisoned, executed, or killed, but there is no amount of justice on earth that could've given peace for the over 6 million souls taken by this atrocity. Cynicism aside, this crime against humanity will forever be a scar that *WE MUST NEVER SEE HAPPEN AGAIN* The Holocaust and Holodomor are the two greatest sins mankind has ever done on its own people. Not to disregard the casualties from the Hundred Years War, the Crusades, the Revolutionary War, and previous conflicts in our history, but those were with their cause, either for religious intent (Crusades), land conquest, and enforcement of peace and unity. But THIS? An unprovoked massacre of innocents with the intent of effectively driving an entire race into extinction? Through either forced famine, gas chambers and deprivation of life itself? There's a reason they're the only two war crimes which are generally viewed and accepted by the masses as a *MASS GENOCIDE*

When Steven Spielberg asked John Williams to write the music for "Schindler's List" John said excuse me and walked away for a moment. After meditating on this proposal he came back and told Mr. Spielberg, Steven there are many good composers who can do this for you.. Steven Spielberg immediately replied: You're right, but they're all dead... John Williams accepted the project... Thank God he did!

When i was little (3-7), my dad used to hear this song, and every time he played it in youtube, I started crying, yelling at him "TURN IT OFF, TURN IT OFF" or running to another place, the sound of the violin made me cry, made me feel so sad, but not only that, I think I felt a pressure in my chest too, I didn't know about the nazis or about the world wars, I didn't know anything about that, but it made me feel so bad. I'm 12 now and this song doesn't hurt anymore, but it's curious how when i was younger, that just a violin made me feel awful, this song makes a lot of people to feel bad or sad too, but it's curious to see that a little girl like me, started crying out of nowhere every time, the other songs with violins made me feel sad, but this one, made me feel horrible, I don't know, just, its funny.

It's because children are just pure emotion. As you grow up you start to lose some of that until as an adult only the arts, music etc can touch us any longer. I too have memories of music & images/art affecting me hugely, tears, tantrums, feelings too big for someone so small to understand, when I was very small & as I grew I learnt to hide it inside of myself. Try to hold onto this for as long as you can, because I'm not sure it isn't our humanity?!

He was alone, When he was twelve, Only his thoughts, which he kept to himself He didn’t have, a place to play A friend to call, or a word to say But he had hope, That one day he’d fly Over the rainbow, up through the sky He was alone, He didn’t have much And all that he had, he couldn’t touch He lay awake, All night through This was his world, no one else knew, Nothing to fear, Nothing to hide, Nothing but stars, to care as he cried But he had hope, That one day he’d own A flashing (white) horse, to carry him home And in his hand he felt a stone, That’s all he had, and he was alone But he had wish, That one day he’d fly Over the wall, up to the sky He was just one, Who never grew old, On a list of names, upon the road keşke diyorum olmasaydi sonumuz böyle...
