Chicken comes out so good and retains the moisture, i haven't done a brisket yet that's on my list. I did do some baby back ribs which low and slow turned out awesome

Hi, you never really mentioned the temp you cooked the chicken at ie the Weber dial. Was it turned up full the whole time? What probe are you using? Cheers 👍

I turned it down to just past halfway the roast setting. I used the igrill 3 as my Genesis is right next to baby q
