Webex Teams Calling UCM

Someone asked a good question on registration to CUCM. I didn't show it on the video, but the Webex Teams client does show registered to the CUCM as a CSF Device.

Hey Anson, is CUCM running 11.5? I can't seem to get it to work with 10.5.

Hi @Anson Garcia, domain MRA need to be same as webex domain, example: domain MRA (abc.com) and domain webex (xyz.com) and Mail ID in End User of CUCM that I need to fill in the webex email user ? thank you so much.

Seems like Cisco is still 5 years behind every pureplay UCaaS provider out there. Trying not take out the old user base by trying to integrate with newer stuff.

Yeah I hear you. They are trying to protect their UCM base while still giving the option to move Cloud calling. I tight line to walk for sure.

Does the Authentication work when on vpn? It prompted me for server information but kept getting server is not trusted.

Sorry for the late reply, but you are probably running into a certificate issue. First connect your client inside the network and not through MRA and then move it back outside the network and see if that helps.
