Really awesome content and conversation. Love hearing all the explanations and background info on the system while getting a good understanding of the value it provides in contrast with client-first and knockout. Looking forward to playing around with this system and seeing more live demos!

I'm guessing this isn't for newbies? :) I was kinda confused watching this. Is there an actual tutorial that's just focused on using it and not with all the questions? I think because there were questions coming from several people he didn't get a change to fully demo it and show how to set things up and then move from there into using it in building something. I would love to learn to use this amazing framework when i start building. Also thank you for sharing this with us!

Hey! So I checked in with Corey about this and sadly he said he does not have more instructional content re: MAST at this time that we could share with you. That said, you are far from the first person to have made this kind of request, apparently! So he's hoping to create more videos that are a little more explicit regarding how exactly to work through setting MAST up on your own site. I'll share it here if and when I see that come out, or else you can follow Corey on Twitter or LinkedIn to get notified directly of those kinds of updates. www.linkedin.com/in/coreymoen/ twitter.com/CoreyGMoen

I've been working in client-first for a year now. Before that, my webflow work was haphazard and disgusting. Mast is interesting... More 'bootstrap'-like. Webflow's implementation of combo classes is a bit frustrating coming from the coded css world of stackable classes. Appreciate this. I'm going to look into it.

Love this. Thank you for the detailed breakdown! I’m currently managing a project that was built by finsweet, so it uses the client-first framework. It’s a large site, and I want to convert it to Mast. Would you recommend converting, or is that too messy/big of a lift to be worth it?

Hey Logan! Converting would take some time, but if you start by copying over all of the styles then you could take your time updating pages to integrate things like the layout system, etc. For any custom components and classes, the nomenclature of client-first is already essentially the same as Mast so no updates would be needed there as well!
