Webinar: 2024 New Features - CERVIS Technologies

We’re going to take a look back at the last year in CERVIS and some of the major features that have been added to different portions of the system. There is a smattering of everything here, and we’re not going to just walk through the changelog, if you’d like to do that, you may always check out the changelog by using the Need Help tool and searching for changelog.
What we’re going to do today is highlight some of the major changes and ways that you can directly use them today. We’ll try to walk through this in a more logical manner rather than chronological, so let’s start with Volunteer Signups and what new features and options exist as you’re getting your opportunities posted and your volunteers registered. After that, we’ll move into managing opportunities and some new tools that you have to enhance that process or even automate it some. Lastly we’ll discuss some pretty helpful new reporting features which can be used both with searching and creating report printouts.
