Good night Sr. Rajvir. Another very interesting video to work with IIoT. Just a question: What broker has been installed on the raspberry pi: Aedes belonging to Node RED or another like a mosquito broker external to Node RED? Thank you very much again for your enthusiasm and dedication.

Hi Jose! And thanks for your question. The broker we used was Mosquitto (latest version), running on Ubuntu Server 22.04. Quite easy to install and set up, but we struggled a bit until we figured out that we had to open the MQTT port in the firewall to allow connections over internet. Good luck!

@@mikelayani9367 Good afternoon Mikel. The mosquitto broker on the raspberry...how can "go out" to the internet...I suppose through some cloud platform...no? Sorry for the question, but I don't have much idea about mqtt. Thank you for your valuable help.

@@joseg1864 actually we just did open a port in the router to allow the broker be available through our public ip. Pretty simple solution if your internet provider can give you your own static ip address.
