Hi Dave, what happens if the employee was in a motor vehicle accident, and the employer did not do the necessary steps to have employee receive medical attention, and on top it also say this is not a WCA matter. Proolonging the process for more than a month? Still not being reported to the Dept of Labour?

Hi Dave, how long must a company pay an employee for if injured on duty? I'm asking if the Doctor still gives one day because one is not yet fit to go to work, e.g. a mine worker that can't walk yet.
