Verry informative. I think that Gary Vaynerchuck has a fantastic approach as a CEO who is a 12 hour on the floor HR officer. He does this by creating with his team a positive cultural environment which breeds a deep connection and understanding of values, and the way people treat each other in the workplace. This stimulates a productive environment eradicating as much negativity as possible. His emotional intelligence level approach is amazeing, and you can actually feel the positivity that is being influenced, and then adopted by others creating an amazeing feedback loop. This is verry much a level 2 and 3 approach like Scheine's model but on a deep level.
