Disqualification of Directors occurred due to non filing of eforms so if they are finling now under this sceme then the disqualification should be lifted then only it is fresh start in real meaning; just waiving additional fees is of no use for such companies. I think everyone is expecting this waiver. Many people have asked this question so Ministry should rethink
