Hi Sir, your session was very informative. I have a query: An advance of INR 100 was received from a customer during FY 2023-24, out of which INR 60 was apportioned against an invoice raised to them, and the remaining INR 40 is lying as a closing balance. Should the INR 60 be mentioned under 'Repaid during the year' or under 'Any other adjustments?

In case of share allotted during the year, will the share application money accepted during the year and then shares are allotted during the year be reported in the form.

Sir if a compant has secudirty deposit for service of event management then as per see deifinition 2(c) (Xii) (c) is will not be deposit amd hence not required to file dpt 3? Sir pls reply urgently

Loan is received from a company INR 100 on which interest is accrued INR 2 and the closing balance is INR 102. Should we include Interest amount also under DPT-3 under "any amount received by a company from any other company"

Private Company cant take loan from outsider. It will consider as deposit.
