About the presenter
Juanita Calvo has 15+ years of experience in education from teaching Spanish at high school and college levels to serving as an administrator. A Chicago native, she earned a B.A. in Secondary Spanish Education from DePaul and a M.A. in Hispanic Studies from UIC. Juanita’s passion for teaching includes instructional design as well as safeguarding inclusion and diversity within the classroom.
