Nice discussion. Rituximab onset of action is late. It Wont help in controlling ongoing seizures although It wl prevent relapse on autoimmune encephalitis.

My cousin brother is also Having the same symptoms He is on vantilator form last 5days no sign of recovery and the seizures are continuous.he is in Vijaya health care hospital Don't know what could help in his treatment nothing has been found in dignosis everything is showing normal result but the seizures are not decreasing .😢
