I have a hard time understanding the audio. It's as if there's too much base, it just isn't clear enough. Would have love to get this. Maybe next time!

Disappointed. Was hoping for a tutorial or at least someone attempting to instruct. Instead what is here is someone who obviously knows what she (thinks) she knows - but is not explaining it, and rambling at that. GEDmatch - you really should invest in some tutorials and not rely on some (no doubt well intentioned) volunteers who seem to like to hear themselves talk.

After watching 15+ minutes of this, I have to say Andy Lee does a much better job of explaining the facets and tools of Gedmatch than Kitty Cooper. Before allowing anyone to conduct a webinar for you, there should be an audio test to determine audio quality. Ms. Cooper has entirely too much background echo - as if she is too far away from her mic. As others point out, she also rambles some with personal observations (segment data, etc.), and thus tends to diverge from her point. Finally, a 90+-minute presentation is too long for most peoples' schedules. A more concise effort of 45 minutes with Q&A allows for better retention and more convenient playback.
