Hola Barbara, para decir que cualquier comida está echada a perder podemos decir; is off o solo es para la leche 🥛?

Puedes decir: This food is spoiled. Para la fruta se dice "rotten" . This orange is rotten.

El término "off" para comida o leche vieja es usado más en el inglés británico. Para la leche es común decir "The milk is sour" (cortada)
