May not be important unless you are using the JMSAdapter framework. For example in OSB, this JMS protocol works without jndi(eis/jms/..) configured in connection pool(in Deployments setup)

Hope you have explored the solution by now. Basically to connect the IBM MQ with Weblogic JMS, you need to export the .binding file against IBM MQ that primarily contains MQ details like Queue name, manager name, channel etc to further establish foreign server with Weblogic JMS. refer: blogs.oracle.com/documakertech/connecting-mqseries-to-odee-with-jms-bridge
