No. You can take the thread dump of the running process only.

Managed server when to warning state, rebooting of services helped in coming back to OK state, but want to analyse which thread caused warning state ? How can we do it ??

It could be due to stuck thread .go to ..console - server name - monitoring - threads ..there you can details of the thread..or take thread befor restarting and then check in thread dumps

After getting stuck threads how to clear

There is no way to clear the stuck threads. Either you have to wait for it to get auto clear (if it's not impacting anything) else you have to restart the impacted server.

if we give ps -ef | grep managed server name will it be displayed pid of managed server? if it is in failed state ? if it is in warning state ?

some users are able to access the application some users are not able access the application what might be the issue ? how can we trouble shoot ?

There could be some intermittent issues related with the application server, web server, network, database, proper parameters are not configured at web server like dynamicserverlist is off etc etc...

Application server all of the sudden using all the threads which we have specified, even if we increase the thread count also, all will be consuming what will be the issue how can we trouble shoot ?

That means you have a problem with some downstream systems like database where threads are getting stuck due to some contention or locks and not getting response back
