Any one can explain how 80% - 4 so they put 76 % as left how ? I cannot understand this line.

As smaller rectangle occur at the end of blue bar line thats width is 80%. But we need to set smaller rectangle at the middle of ending point, so subtract 4 because reactangle size is 4rem. There we get those thats we need however, I did it now and I subtract 5 because I look after subtracting 5, my deaign looks porfect.
