We need to be truly honest with ourselves. Since leaving Highbury we’re achieved nothing plain and simple. We have a owner who doesn’t what to invest and a clueless board with no spine at all. What I say next is madness but the only way to force change at the club so many of us love. And that’s to hurt the club financial and publicly to force them out for change to take place. Fans need to stop buying arsenal merchandise and doing Emirate tours. Even go as far as to stop attending home games and just go to away games. Fans are part of the problem, accepting mediocrity after the Leicester game, No Fan and I mean No Fan should be attending the Southampton game and any other Home game until Emery's departure and thereafter in January No Fan should attend games thereafter until 3-4 players are signed of Top Quality. I agree with you about Emery out, but saying that Simeone is up there with Guardiola and Klopp is not necessarily proven. Then you might as well say that Valverde of Barcelona is up there with Simeone. The fact remains that Emery had a proven track record in Spain with Sevilla, second only to Guardiola, and has not really adjusted to Premier League football. Arsenal need a manager in the mould of Herbert Chapman, or dare I say it, George Graham. Those managers had a regimental approach to defensive play and consistent results in the League. The problem with Pochettino is that he does not necessarily get a big team over the line, and his best opportunity was of course in 2016, when he was beaten by Ranieri's Leicester. The Arsenal ownership are as bad as United's in that they don't really care about winning trophies, so whilst I agree with you about displacing that board, it is up to you and your strong supporters club to voice those concerns via the AGM to the board. I personally see an Oriental or an Middle Eastern owner as the best type of owner for Arsenal, so that they can spend wisely and get a manager who can perform like the likes of Rodgers at Leicester, or Guardiola at City. In summary get a middle eastern owner, as there is a strong middle eastern/arab community in Islington, and that onwer should be informed enough to appoint any one of Pochettino, Allegri or Simeone. I personally believe that Allegri would win Arsenal the Premier League, and at least get them extemely competitve in the Champions' League.

Before we talk about managers we need to get a decent team. I suspect Unai knows the board plan to con the fans with no practical signings. Pepe was only bought to replace Auba and my prediction Arsenal will finish 6th was simply based on the fact the team is much weaker than the season before.

We already have a decent team, we have a bogus coach, A team good enough to get us top 4. If Brendan Rodger was managing us we would be at No. 2 right now only losing to Liverpool. Not everything is about the squad, with an elite top-level manager we can compete and establish the jokers in our club. because if we had someone like Zinadine/Klopp/Pepp/Allegri we can now establish which jokers in the team are dragging us back and sell come January Window. As for finishing 6th highly unlikely we are competing with Wolves, Leicester and Sheffield now and they want blood and they will get it.
