I received an answer: They told me they ship exclusively through FedEx. All of their shipments are shipped via Ground Services and are scheduled to arrive three days before the event date. In the case that the order is delayed, lost, or items are damaged upon arrival, they will ship replacements via Express Services to get to the customer before the event date.
