Your totally right about anxiety Sophie, I always feel that way if I have something like an event coming up in my life that I know will have aspects that will make me anxious, 9 times out of 10 I won't want to do it, and that's because I know I have experienced panic attacks and nervousness before in those situations, and naturally as a human you don't want to put yourself though that again. i'm totally like you with the amount of people I don't know, I get shy and nervous thinking i'm not going to be liked or get along with them, maybe that's a part of anxiety or maybe just me. It's like.. I recently started my driving lessons about 5 weeks ago and a year ago I honestly thought I'd never be able to take that step, and so a few months ago I arranged it myself and took that step forward, every week I get anxious around the same time, even a whole day before my lessons, but I know at the end of it, I'm going to hopefully achieve something I've always wanted to do. So yeah, sometimes you do just need to kick anxiety in the bum and do it for yourself, because over time it does get easier. But its a new milestone each day.. I'm sorry I rambled so much, I just hope if anyone reads this feeling a similar way that it helps, by the way, your gorgeous Sophie!! xx

7:15 was so relatable...i remember about a month ago i had my 13th birthday party and i was only allowed to invite 60 because it was a house party but about 100 people turned up and i had my makeup done and i started crying and had a mini panic attack in the kitchen so i decided to go outside to everyone and honest to god it was one of the best parties id ever had/been to 😘
