I love my Zeiss lenses - I use a mix of Sony/Zeiss and classic Contax/Yashica - I was AMAZED how consistent they are... The newer lenses have a bit more contrast but, other than that - they're visually the same. The "classic" Zeiss lenses can be had for a steal - I purchased my Zeiss 135mm f2.8 for 150.00 USD - I spent 1,100.00 on my 35mm f2 Loxia :)

That's amazing Marlon. Good to know that it's consistent back to the older more classic lenses as well. I'll have to take a look at the older lenses - what a bargain for that 135mm!

For weddings? If she was mostly portraits then yes. Trust me that is to much reach for most weddings
