I think Eugene reminds her of Pugsley. Her issues with Bianca and Xavier stem from her needing to be the alpha. Enid irritates her, because Enid is the alpha predator, but her personality is the kodakrome version of Wednesday. She can't help but like Enid (as they are very much alike) but she's jealous that Enid is a werewolf, as well as envious that Enid is the light to Wednesday's dark.
