Critical Role sucks IMHO. Everyone is always talking over each other, the pacing is a mess, and the writing is nowhere near as good as this. The Amazon Prime show Vox Machina, based on CR, is pretty good, but I still enjoy this more than the Vox show despite the fact that each Vox Machina episode costs $750,000 EACH. If the AI Guy had 10% of the multimillion dollar budget that Vox Machina has, I can only imagine what he'd be able to create. It just sucks that a lot of people won't enjoy this because they either LOVE or LOATHE the IRL version of Tronald, such that this parody makes them seethe with ideological rage. "How dare you make fun of our esteemed savior," or "how dare you give a parody of the orange man any redeeming qualities!" Pfft. People are so silly nowadays. Why waste so much emotional energy on things you can do nothing about besides voting every few years? If people really cared about this country, they'd run for local and state office, get rid of all the sociopaths and narcissists who get into those positions to feel powerful and gain more power, and instead have sensible policies are neither right nor left, but simply alleviate as much unnecessary human suffering as possible. How about starting jobs programs for the tens of millions of people who will lose their jobs to AI in the next 5-10 years?

I *knew* that Grizzletooth being genuinely interested in reform was incompatible with his presumed understanding of Rattlebone’s reputation/ character, but was super hyped by the way you revealed the reconciliation… HE KNEW ALL ALONG! I knew Grizzletooth was shrewd, but I was too cynical to believe he was as gregarious as he portrayed himself to be because of his cunning and standing in the camp as it stood. But I’m glad to see he wasn’t too good to be true.

One of the best episodes ever! Special thanks for not chopping this into several parts. As an aside, please note wizards cannot use Vortex Warp for personal teleportation. The spell is explicit it must be cast on another creature, and if abused by casting it on one’s self, it would certainly make Misty Step obsolete.

@@Rantir you still only get one leveled spell in a round. No one is going to choose Misty Step if Vortex Warp can move you three times as far. The rules are clear. Vortex warp has to be cast on “another”.

Snagglegut is a Lv5 Barbarian/Lv2 Fighter and a maximum of 16 con if max hitpoints (101 hp total).... or more likely 20 con and average of hp for 87 hitpoints.

This is why Divination Wizard is banned at some tables. Personally I don't ban shit I only have one rule at a table. "Don't make the game unplayable for everyone else." As long as you do this then it's all good. I mean Divination Wizard with Lucky, 3 Portent, Foresight, and of course Silvery Barbs is just pure evil.

Isn't that a from the GWM Feat? If so, I believe that is a bonus action to use, which he would not be able to do twice in one round even with AS.

By making an attack on each of his turns! Giving yourself disadvantage to try miss still classes as an 'attack' so his rage continues. Also, grapples and shoves are classed as 'attacks,' which continued his rage also! 😁
