no need to wait Finley, change day and time on computer on Saturday 8-9*00 , only turn off auto time adjust , and vendor will be at place ( some times need to die =))

Cone Shot > any throw rune due to damage out put and focus regen.

That may be the case but you cannot place cone shot on anything else compared to how throws are in comparison. So that being the case, throws are by far the best rune.

LOL! Fun Fact: I clicked into this random video to say "If not Fire Throw, you're wrong!" teehee... BUT I didn't know there was an ICE Throw! I've not yet beat the last Story Boss (late to the NRftW party because of saving up loot for a TCG Con) so I figured I was talkin out my butt, really, but here we are Together w "X Throw" bringing us all together. Also... That Vendor you mention; that the dude in the Jail? I assume Key from last Boss?! Anywhooo... Have a Sub and 👍

lol...I thought the fire throw was OP until I tried the ice throw. For finley you get the key in the same area that you find him, just have to do a little jumping. Thx so much my friend!

Try roaming through cells (go up on the walls, jump on chandeliers and you'll find a key, it's quite close to his cell. Finely will be in Sacramet each Saturday (I believe Saturday mornings, till noon or something like that)

lol...I feel your pain main I happened to get lucky with finley that day, and yea the RNG is not always kind, done multiple crucible runs with lots of crappy loots. It's all good i'm sure you'll get some badass loot soon

The game is way to easy with or without runes, I'm sure all souls players will agree. Game should be tweaked, not only weapons but all enemies - bosses especially. Game is great but is just to easy if you play it like you should play every souls like game - lvl your character, find and upgrade armor and gear and then start to clean map. I spend around 10hrs before the first boss and I killed him in a second without any damage taken, I thought OK, maybe I'm to strong, I just have to progress the story and then return and play more on same areas I already beat but nope.Main character - Health and stanima 14, strength and dex 22, everything else 10 or 11, only weight 20 or 21, can't remember now and even I'm playing with weapons which have first sword with 14/6 points and 20/10 points on second weapon, second shield I found in the game and lvl it to around 60/10 and neither one of three bosses couldn't kill me, not a single enemy couldn't kill me, what killed me the most was falling from bridges or trying to jump to the water and finding out it can't be done there :) :) . This will be great game when devs to everything they are planning, when they crank fights to "real" souls like fight and add respec to the game. For now - great but easy game

" Wait i don't die in undead burg" Hell yeah it's the beginning dude just wait, we only had the first chapter, and if you're used to souls you have almost nothing to learn of the base battle system since you know 90% of it from other games like dark souls and monster hunter I'm too hoping for a more difficult game, but don't forget it's only the beginning of the early access, so we only have the first chapter out of X, they'll probably do some NG+ shit with higher and higher difficulty too I don't think the game need to be difficult RIGHT NOW, we're testing shit, reporting bugs, it let people try absurd thing ( to be nerfed later hopefully, all focus regeneration build broke the game it's not even fun to play so... wait and see) I honestly hope a big reset once the full game come out since it will be " a new game" and since we have multiplayer it can have bad effects on the game since we can give shit with the chest in the tower The loot table need to change for exemple, it's hard to gather some weapon since everyone almost drop everything so... yeah a lot of changes are needed The game can be a masterpiece if they work well on the game since the game have so much potential

I'm a veteran souls player and I don't think it's hard by any means, but it's not too easy.

@Auxik if you know how to parry and dodge you can play naked using only shield and beat the game :) .. I hope this is just the beginning because game is awesome and I would really like to see it beginning a bit challenging (at least in a Crucibles). We need respec and maybe better loot drop design but overall, for the game that's in early access for a month or two, this is great. For now, I'm using negatives to achieve higher difficulty (healing effect decrease and similar) and that OK way to get tougher game but I can't find rings for similar things, so better looting would be great, or vendor for end game (like Finely), that's OK to

​@@funky0308you can do that in souls games. I'm a parry guy in DS but I haven't used it at all in this. Been duel welding daggers. The Crucible boss is a decent challenge. I beat him my second attempt but his second phase surprised me.

All good stuff my friend! I'm sure they're hard at work dealing with the tweaks. In all actuality, I think it would be a good idea to add difficulty levels that way the hardcore players don't feel cheated. I chuckled lol...and yeah falling from bridges will get you for sure, you swing the wrong way, you find yourself at the bottom level if you're lucky and there's water. I think that adds another fun factor to it. Anyway, I appreciate the feedback my friend!

Go to Eleanor, scroll down to rune, select the weapon with the rune you need, then press the corresponding button, it's x on default controller settings to extract the rune.
