I feel like Komaeda's left him with too much hope. I like how, in Celeste's, she thinks she's gonna die all cool and witchy, but ends up getting killed by a firetruck. I think they should have done the same with Komaeda's: it all proceeds as stated up until he starts burning. He starts to consider the despair that this death will show the Ultimates, and gets excited about the coming hope. However, once this thought crosses his mind, the ceiling starts to fall, and he ends up dying obstructed by everything, so his classmates don't even see him die.

Nagito has been living with illness which make his health frail and shorten his life, I dont think he would be very scare about a predictable death as an execution, but he may be excited as said in the video, because, he finally become a stepping stone for "hope" as he wishes. (His love for hope is extreme, more than Celes in her unstable pride)

Actually, I think that the execution was really good. I think the ropes actually left him WITH HOPE. Since Nagito began getting hope that he could escape from one of the ropes, we was excited to know he could probably escape. However, when Monokuma began cutting the rope, his "Good luck" was beginning to fade. when he punched the machine and it set on fire, then Nagito was left with absolutely zero hope, and knowing that he'd die, he still remained excited.

It would've been more gruesome if Naegi was still alive when there was that many swords in the barrel. And he wasn't moving because there was no space for him to move. After monkuma walks away, we think it is over. But he suddenly comes charging at the barrel and it is suddenly kicked down a hill. Bumps, obstacles, drops, and eventually the barrel crashes into a wall with a tarp on in. Upon impact swords shatter and there is a slow-mo of the sword pieces flying and the tarp falls on top of the wreckage which then slowly starts to seep blood

Since there was no official execution for Ibuki, here's one I made up: "The Sound of Despair" Ibuki is in a room with several speakers surrounding it. Monokuma appears with a guitar and challenges her to a shred off. Though Ibuki does well initially, Monokuma plugs his guitar into the amps and the volume is turned up to intense levels, causing Ibuki to drop her guitar and fall to her knees while clutching her ears. Ultimately, Ibuki starts bleeding out of every orephus (that's probably not spelled right) and she falls over dead. Monokuma then does one last triumphant strum of his guitar to celebrate his victory. Hate comments go under this post.

I have one for hiyoko since she didn’t get one. Dance till you drop. Hiyoko is on a platform with a screen behind her. Monokuma is on a platform identical to hers. They have to make up a dance according to the theme that’s displayed on their screens, and if they mess up three times, the platform their on will drop into a bed of needles. In the beginning, hiyoko does really well, but the music and themes keep changing and changing and the intervals between the changes get shorter and shorter. Half an hour passes and hiyoko get more and more tired, her feet practically bleeding, and soon, she strikes out for the third time. While the others watch from a window right in front of her, she falls onto the bed of needles, symbolizing how painful it would be to be moving your feet for so long dancing. Her high pitch scream range out and after a nauseating crunch, they all look down and see her corpse, needles sticking through every pore of her body and the shocked look on her dead face. Sry that got a LIITTTLLLLEEE dark their. I was in the zone

Fan made execution for Maki: Childish Nightmare Maki wakes up to find herself in a dark room. She turns to see a small lump laying on the hard ground. In hopes of speeding up the execution, Maki runs over to the thing and picks it up. She holds it in front of her face and she soon notices it was a small monokuma with a pacifier in its mouth. The monokuma spits the pacifier out in Makis face and bites her arm. She shakes it off and throws it, causing it to explode. She clenches her arm which is bleeding quite rapidly and then notices a red glow not too far from where she was currently standing. It comes closer and she realizes it’s not one, not two, but a dozen small monokumas. They all slowly walked over to her like a baby would and she starts scooping them up quickly and throwing them at other monokumas, causing many more to explode. When no more monokumas are in sight, Maki clenches her ears for they are ringing from all the explosions. Whilst she was doing that, a little monokuma crawled over to her. This one was smaller than the rest. It has a dagger in its hand and stabbed through Makis leg, causing her to tumble to the ground. The baby keeps stabbing at her legs until he cuts her feet off. Then, a ton of other baby Monokumas start coming from all directions and piling on her. They start stabbing her repeatedly until she dies. The last frame is Maki laying in a pool of blood with one baby monokuma sleeping at her missing feet. Ah that’s a lot. I hope you like it cause idk how to feel abt it Ik she is the ultimate assassin but claimed to be the ultimate babysitter so I kinda mixed those concepts together.

Mahiru's "execution" reminds me of the horror movie "One Missed Call" where you get a call from yourself telling you how you die. In that movie there is actually one person who gets pictures on her phone seeing herself dying in photos (and there was something with hands there too i think??) EDIT: im pretty sure One Missed Call is based on a japanese horror movie too so thats quite intresting

I actually liked Sonia's execution quite a bit. Maybe it has a deeper meaning like "I want to like all the occult stuff and no one should take me as a delicate flower", and being a stringed puppet would mean that you cannot stray away from that idea everyone has about princesses (much like Kazuichi treats her). But maybe I am just guessing. :P

I came up with one for "Byakuya Togami"/The Ultimate Impostor "Tomb of the Unknown Student" The execution starts out directly referencing the real Byakuya's unused execution, but as Monokuma is pelting him with rocks, his glasses break and fall off his face. The impostor starts running from Monokuma, and from both the exertion and the heat, starts frantically removing his suit to keep himself from overheating. He keeps running towards what looks like the cold environment, only to fall into a hole in the ground. His hair now disheveled and looking nothing like Byakuya's normal hairstyle, he looks up, only to stare in horror as Monokuma, now driving an excavator, fills in the hole, burying him alive. At the conclusion, Monokuma steps out of the digger and hammers in a wooden stake to mark the impostor's grave.

I have one Shuichi’s execution: “Murder Mystery” Shuichi is forced into a room with 3 pieces of clues and 5 Monokubs. He must choose which one the clues match the most. He chooses his answer and the clues fade away, indicating that they were fake. When he hears something behind him, he turns around. There is the real criminal, Monokuma. Before he can do anything, Monokuma strangles him. After his body falls, the screen falls to black.

I love Ibuki Mioda a lot but I decided to make her a execution! Ibuki is standing on a stage playing the guitar, A crowd of monokuma's watching her. Out of the blue The monokuma's start to hate her playing, A judge is standing on a platform and starts to press a red button. Guitar strings start shooting from the walls behind her. Cutting her each time she plays, Ibuki countinues to play her song and eventually finishes. Nervously she looks at the judge and the judge hates her song. Her pushes a large blue button and the ceiling opens revealing a giant guitar. Right before the guitar hits Her, a small screen shows Hinata's reaction. She gives him a weak smile. And the guitar falls. Ibuki is crushed by it and dies from the impact.

I made 2 for Tsumugi and Himeko: Himeko’s Death Circus:A circus tent forms around Himeko.The students sit around watching the circus.The students notice metal claws next to them.Himeko is shoved inside a cannon.The cannon shoots Himeko out and she lands in a water tank.Himeko manages to get out but then as she runs the metal claws grab the students arms and make them throw blades shaped as popcorn,peanuts,and tomatoes.This weakens Himeko and then an elephant steps on Himeko. KillingCon:Tsumugi is in a plane.The plane crashes but, does not kill her.Monokuma puts a KillingCon pass on her.The pass’s strap has spikes that dig into her chest.Tsumugi is dragged into a room and then is strapped to a board.The students are crowded around a computer with anime characters on it.Monokuma forces the students to each pick a character for a Tsumugi to cosplay as.The costumes however have sandpaper and sharp metal inside of them so they slowly kill her.Eventually Tsumugi in her normal clothes dies.

I made two as well, one for Maki and one for Omua. Maki: Maki is placed in an office styled building with a pile of knives near her. She looks around to see Monokuma throwing knives at her. She picks up the knives and starts to throw them at Monokuma. They continue throwing knives at each other until Monokuma is backed up against the wall. Maki throws a knife, but Monokuma dodges and the knife goes through the wall. The wall then falls to reveal that the knife has hit Kaito in the heart. While Maki is in shock, Monokuma sneaks up behind her and slits her throat, killing her instantly. Omua: Omua is on a throne towering above a group of 10,000 hooded figures, cheering him on. Omua looks around, smiling, until he notices that one of the hooded figures is actually a Monokuma. One by one, all but 10 are revealed to all be Monokumas. Omua looks around, confused, but then he looks down to see the words "it's a lie" lit up beneath his feet. The throne disappears, and Omua falls to his deatg.

Okay. I have an execution idea for Nekomaru: "Training Program" Nekomaru has his hands tied to a treadmill, which he must keep running on or else he dies. Every minute that he has ran, a dumbbell is placed on his back. After about 10 minutes, a picture of Akane appears in front of Nekomaru, causing him to stop and letting the dumbbells fall on him. And Akane saw it all.

Tbh I thinl Hajime's and Komaeda's alternate execution are the worst of all alternate executions. I think Komaeda could have done much better than that, at Hajime's just doesn't make sense in the slightest to me. My favourite in this list id definitely Kazuichi's.

Nagito was all about being a stepping stone for the others, which is why I feel like his death should've used that. He'd be happy that his death could be a stepping stone for the others, but then it'll end up causing harm to the others (like how Peko's death made Fuyuhiko lose an eye).

did you know that in real life, many centuries ago, a way to execute religous people was to put them in a barrel of spikes, then roll it down a hill. and they were still alive in the barrel. this may be what his execution was based on. another form of torture was enforced by a very important leader, who turned people in to candels. also, gladiator fights. all things in considerastion, our history is not too different to the executions of danganronpa, especially in the time of cult sacrifices and religous uprisings

My own hiyoko custom execution Hiyoko is put in a dancing competition. She gets into the finale, and has to go against Monokuma. After a long dance, Hiyoko loses and monokumas throw tomatos at Hiyoko. She is blinded by the tomato sauce, and a monokuma throws a hammer and hiyoko dies from blunt trauma. The dancing monokuma laughs, ans he is given his prize. Hiyoko is then cleaned up with the tomatos by a final monokuma.

I made an execution for Ibuki Shread Till You Dead Basiclly she is put infront of an audience and she is handed a guitar that is triggered to shock her everytime she misses a note. Throughout the song the song gets faster and Ibuki gets shocked more with every note she misses until finally she's shocked to death with the last note she played still ringing in the background. Edit: I came back so that I can give my idea of an execution for Sonia( this was the only idea I had so bear with me) Mirror Mirrior Sonia is placed in front of a mirrior. The mirrior starts to alternate into different possibilities of her dying finally after collapsing to the ground she is stabbed in the heart by monokuma who is wearing a knight costume.

I have a unused execution that I feel would suit Sonia. She would be walking up a gorgeous grand staircase and kneels down to be crowned queen by Monokuma. Whilst her head is down he pulls a velvet rope and a sharp blade slices through her neck with her dress turning into rags and the setting turning into a dirty town square instead of the beautiful kingdom.

Here are my executions: Sayaka Dangan: Monokuma dresses up in a little dress and threatens her to sing perfectly or she would die. She ends up singing like and angel, which ticks off Monokuma, and ends up kidnapping her, and making her sing t'ill her final breath. Chihiro Fujisaka: Monokuma puts her in a room and says to program the exact program to save herself from death. He then gives her a slip with all the code. She types it perfectly, but it starts coming down. She then turns it around and finds out she progammed her own death in her final moments she looks at the class with defeat, and gets obliterated. Hifumi Yamada: He goes to sleep and wakes up to find himself surrounded by anime girls. He attempts to hug them, but then a man comes and stops him. He then beats the living CRUD out of him. Right before he dies, he takes off a mask and Monokuma is there. He thens kicks in Hifumi the face, ending him. Kiyotaka Ishimaru: A bunch of random people surround him. He thens says that each and everyone of them are wrong. It ends up pissing him off SO much, he commits his own execution. If I can get 50 likes, i'll do game 2.

I have a fan made execution for Ibuki cause she didn't get one Ibuki's last show Ibuki gets thrown on a stage, then the monokuma's show up. shes forced to play the guitar. If she stops or messes up then she'll get crushed, so she plays as good as she can. She goes so fast that she can't go anymore, her fingers are broken and purple, she's panting heavily then the crowd *the monokuma's* start booing her and throwing food at her. She manages to get up and back away and try to block the food, once she hits the wall she gets crushed

I came up with a execution for Akane! Final Meal Akane is tied down to a chair, in a eating contest set by Monokuma. If she eats all the food within the timer she gets too survive and battle Monokuma. As she eats all the food within the timer she goes to battle Monokuma. When she gets there that’s when something hits her. One of the foods she ate my poisoned. She dies before she could battle Monokuma. She had a faint smile as she fell on the ground.

I HAVE A MIKAN EXECUTION The name of it is called *clumsy assistance* *mikan is dropped into a operation room where she has to bring the monokuma doctor the right operating tools, she starts off doing really well but she trips and drops and breaks a syringe. The monokuma doctor is pissed and chains rap aroun mikan's neck and drags her to a lab with a huge container, as mikan is hanging over the pool of "medicine" two monokuma nurses throw mini test tubes filled with a liquid that makes mikan really ugly and wrinkly. But a stack of money/yen falls onto the monokuma doctor and he walks away happily while mikan is dropped into the "medicine" that make her revert to herself again but the "medicine" starts to melt her alive leaving her bones floating*

woo i’m bored, so execution ideas: ibuki mioda: (TW: mentions of loud noises, and beating) ibuki wakes up on a stage, surrounded by her old band members. (the ones she had ‘artistic differences’ with). she spots her fellow classmates in the crowd full of monokumas. her band starts to perform, so she goes along with it. they’re playing songs she dislikes, and ones she doesn’t know. she feels despair as she fails to catch up. surrounded by the music she dislikes. then, her band members get shot with an arrow one by one. as they fall, instruments get unplugged from the amps, causing a terrible screeching. the students are handed noise canceling headphones from monokuma, but ibuki is tortured by the noise. eventually, after losing much of her sanity, a monokuma appears behind her, and beats her to death with a guitar. kazuichi souda: kazuichi wakes up on a hydraulic press (i know, i know). he has a tool box beside him. he is told that in order to survive, he has to fix the machine and stop its movement. kazuichi works quickly, but soon the press starts to close in. kazuichi finds that he needs one last adjustment. filled with hope, he looks for the tool, but it’s been purposely left out. he is crushed slowly.

an idea for Mikan's execution, since her real one was(in my opinion) lacking: open scene with Mikan on a stretcher, tied up so she can't move. a tranquilizer mask is put on her face and she falls unconscious. a group of nurse Monokumas work together to carefully hoist a massive bag of an unkown liquid into place, setting up an IV drip. while the bag was being hoisted a label is visible, but he words on it are covered over with a sticky note(some positive thing is written on the sticky note, like "life juice" or "something to help"). the liquid begins to be slowly pumped into Mikan, and the screen fades to black. after this, it fades back in, with Mikan awake and confused. the Monokumas are gesturing for her to leave, which she begins to do. however, on her way out, she trips on her own feet. smash cut to the outside of the hospital as it explodes. the label on the bag is seen floating away, with the sticky note flying off as well. the original label is now visible: nitroglycerin.

I think I prefer Kazuichis alternative unused execution. The one on the train for those who don't know. It actually plays alot more on him since it ties in not only to his talent, but his motion sickness he talks about in his free time events. Meaning he probably isnt feeling too good about anything at all. The tease of his escape was also cruel to since you can interpret it as a symbol of betrayal which he again talks about in his free time events.

I have 2 ideas for Chiaki's execution 1-Snake game Chiaki has a chain tied around her neck, and she is dragged through a hallway into a field. Suddenly, I giant robotic snake appears, and Monokuma tells her she has hope to survive, as long as she throws enough fruit into the snake's mouth while trying to escape it. She eventually begins, and constantly throws apples towards the snake. She eventually gets so tired she passes out, and the snake eats her. 2-Electric Chair Chiaki is forced to sit down in a chair, with straps all around her. She has to play a game where each time she takes a hit/dies, she gets electrocuted. Since she's good at games, she's not all too worried, but Monokuma didn't tell her it was one of those games that doesn't end until you die. She plays for hours on end, getting electrocuted every once in a while. When her body can only take one more volt, Monokuma turns her avatar into Hajime, then into Nagito. Back and forth the avatar switches. Monokuma tells her if her avatar dies, so will they (he's lying) eventually Chiaki's avatar (who's currently Hajime) dies. The last thing she sees is Hajime running into the room with everyone else. Realising she was lied to, she dies with a sad smile on her face.

For Sonia I would want her to go through a bunch of fairy tales that end with her getting hurt quite badly in each one and eventually dying in pain but as a princess (Cinderella- the glass slippers break and cut up her feet, Snow White- she has a corset tied too tightly so she struggles to breathe, Beauty & the Beast- she gets attacked by wolves, The Little Mermaid- she is thrown into the sea with her legs tied together and drowns). Either that or she is faced with cases of her favourite serial killers and she has to guess which one did it, eventually she gets to one that looks like when Izuru killed the student council president and she can't figure it out so Monokuma kills her with a guillotine. For Hinata I'd think him going through mini versions of every possible execution, because it would reference him not knowing his talent in game, him having every talent as Izuru, and him being partially behind the whole thing so his execution is similar to Junko's. For Nagito there are so many possibilities that I can't pick just one. Nekomaru, Twogami and Hiyoko I can't come up with any that I really like but i might come back if I think of anything.

Ok since I love Sonia, here's a better execution (modeled after Anne Boleyn's execution) IDK what to call it tho so Sonia is in a tower being dressed for her execution by monokumas (who are dressed like handmaids) they walk her down the tower but every step she takes feels like shes walking on knives when she walks to a pedestal the pain starts to intensify and when she kneels down before her executioner she starts to bleed out from her injuries, but before the executioner beheads her she looks in the crowd of monokumas and sees gundham dressed in kings clothing who is presumably the one who ordered her execution. then suddenly the executioner swings at her head but doesn't fully take it off, giving her a much more painful death and there you have it if you have any suggestions id love to hear it

I don’t know if anyone did this yet but I made this out of boredom. I made and Execution for my danganronpa OC. Yumi Yoshida ||Ultimate Painter Music played: teruteru’s execution music Execution name: Mono-Lisa As the other students stand on one line, Yumi is frozen in fear, also standing but in front of the students. Monokuma powers a claw machine claw to grab Yumi. She remains in mid-air as a Giant canvas rises from the ground. Monokuma runs over to get a big bottle of glue and squirt it on the canvas. The machine sticks Yumi onto the glue, having her stick to the canvas. Monomi realizes that Yumi cannot be saved. Monokuma sees that she is the only “colored” object on the canvas which leads him to anger. He gets a big bottle of bleach, before he splashes Yumi with it to get rid of her color, Monomi walks over to Yumi and kisses her fourhead in tears. Yumi sheds many tears as her death awaits.. monomi steps back and nods, giving Monokuma a sign that he can kill her. Yumi screams, “NOOO” as Monokuma splashes bleach on her skin. Her skin begins to burn and turn white, but she isn’t finished yet... Monokuma dips a paint brush in paint and starts aggressively painting over Yumi. At the end, she suffocates due to the extreme thickness of the paint and dies. Atleast she dies as a beautiful painting. “The Mono~Lisa”.
