Somebody must have used straight gas in that GTI 15, and two strokes are not meant to run straight gas, and that’s why it was seized before it was scrapped. Straight gas or incorrect fuel mixture can really seize up a two stroke or cause it to not start back up again. I have the same weedeater and I always use mixed gas and oil 40:1.
