Great video Anthony, as always. Trully inspiring words, I see myself reflected in lots of habits and behaviours that you mentioned. I was a grinder scrapper too and I really hated myself for my lack of self crontrol. Congrats on the 2 months sobriety! Stay strong brother, we are going to make it!

Thank you so much for your continued support and for sharing your experience. It means a lot to hear from someone who's been following along. Your honesty about your struggles with grinding and scraping resonates deeply, and I appreciate your openness. Those were some of the worst nights of addiction, feeling like a raccoon digging through garbage just to get a snack. Your words truly mean a lot. Thank you for being part of this journey.

Hey Anthony, I found your channel last week from your "rocketship" video, and I've subscribed. I am 19 and have been struggling with mental health and addictions since I was 15. Well, actually since I was like 4 if you count nail biting/picking my finger and lip skin till it bled. My ADD is a big part of it, but I've managed to be sober all this month so far. These videos are great, and I'm seeing the improvement in each one, keep it up!

Remember, every step forward, no matter how small, is a testament to your strength, determination and resilience. Keep up the amazing work, you've made it to you're new chapter! Know that If you ever need support, you're not alone in this journey.

@@AnthonyApproved thank you! I've been sober for a month at the end of last year, but went back to it after I got another cart. Going AT LEAST 90 days this time but am not focusing on a timeline, rather improving myself a little bit every day. Been working out 6 days a week, and swimming/hot tub/cold plunging/and going into the sauna after taking niacin(to rupture fat cells) and activated charcoal (to bind the THC) and sweat it out. I appreciate these videos as they remind me I'm not alone and to keep my mindset right throughout the temptation, but I'm still going strong 💪🏼

I was able to quit weed after 23 of daily smoking. I needed it to calm down. The trick? Quitting caffeine. Changed my life.
